So stratis is also going to use masternodes? its getting kinda populair lol This has been the plan for over half a year already nothing new. It takes time to develop the integration with Tumblebit and it seems to be getting very close! |

Stratis and other alt coins have rebounded well this past 3 days in trading and I am happy that it already surpassed my buying price. Hope it would continue the momentum.

Rebounded my ass, stratis is still beloe 0.002 Why everyone is exited about this Breeze and Thumbleweed? Why stratis is better than ETH or ETC ? I see trolls posting:'its the best thing, gona be crypto number 3!' But why would it? What are your reasons in buying stratis? I feel most people buying stratis, because they expect it to follow eth pathway and thats all... |

Somehow I feel that you're not going to be convinced, no matter what people say...but here goes anyway. I invest in Stratis, because I've done my homework, made my conclusions, and based on those I believe in Stratis concept. Since I can't see into the future, it's the best I can do. You are not going to be convinced, and in fact, you really shouldn't be. Do your own homework and make your own conclusions. If you don't see it worth investing, then you really should not. It's really that simple  |

But it lacks advance blockchain technologies which Stratis is spearheading . First scalability. ETH doesn't have that . Remember when Status ICO happen on Ethereum blockchain? Second Anonymous transactions which is the job of Tumblebit . ETH does not have that. Third is the different type of masternodes which really help Stratis as decentralized as possible. Fourth like you have mentioned it is a C# constructed blockchain technology where in the largest software company Microsoft could benefit the technology. |

I don't know where you heard of this, but I don't think this was ever the plan. Transaction fees will remain and go to stakers as an incentive to keep staking. What has been discussed is that when transaction fees get high enough, the 1 STRAT block reward will be removed. This is still the plan, but we're not there yet  . As a result the total supply will stay the same. There would be no inflation or deflation. |

is there anywhere a begginers guide to start staking Stratis? I have downloaded the regular windows wallet, synchronized it but not sure what to do now. Week ago or so, on slack someone said I should encrypt my wallet, how excatly i do this? I would ask on slack but for a few days it says that its under maintenance if I try to join. Once encrypted how do i procced? Send STRAT from exchange to the adress, but how do i actually start staking?

Thank you very much for the info.! When I am staking, I have to be connected to the internet with my wallet all the time correct? What is the maximum time you can be offline or disconnected in order to still receive the proper reward?
