My reasons why I gamble is for fun only because if I will expect profit from it, I will become addicted and I may loss my savings. Many people actually doesn't value saving and they kept on playing without self control on themselves and became more agressive to bet even though they are out of money. Addicted person even borrowed money from friends just for gambling, and bad habits really got worse everytime they got compromise with the lost betting amounts.

I don't think anybody will like to lose  money when he's bored, it's just a matter of you realizing what you're after and not just hide behind being bored that's why you lose money. Exactly, the thrill of winning and the feeling that you are invincible and will not lose but lost anyway and then the urge to come back again to get that "high" feeling makes you somewhat addicted to it. Yes, that was the most reason why people gamble ,but don't ignore some people who only makes fun on gambling but having fun in gambling doesn't mean you dont aim to win ,it is already given when you play but regardless if you win or not you have fun playing .
Every rich man have different aims in gambling and it differs in every person mostly as i saw they play because they want to give rest and have fun .they don't want in amusement and i think its their nature .

I would say you are doing it on the right way, you are far from being addicted with that kind of mentality in gambling. i think rich people playing gambling is just for fun and to enjoy the games with their friends so no matter they loss or win, they still playing gambling and spend their money to continue gambling. but for people that don't have much of money, i suggest to not playing gambling too much and spend the highest amount to expected for big win.

One thing for sure, If I am rich Im definitely not going to waste my time in a casino for sure as there are alot of other thing that I could do with my money. I'll be gambling with real estate or whatever instead of putting my money down in blackjack or any other game in casino. Gambling has house edge which prevent you to win in the long run so why bother
