What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit?

My reason of gambling is to have fun. But sometimes it leads to irritating. Yes it is fun when you are winning. You fell excited and happy. But once you lose, you start being irritated and when it will happen, you become out of focus. Your emotions starts to eat you so you will lose repeatedly. So it is not fun at all.

I gamble very rarely and mostly on sportsbooks even if I don't consider betting on teams a gamble as we are genuinely betting on the better team which has the better form,squad based on statistics and previous performance.
I recognise I gambled on some dice sites a couple of times  to cover some of my expenses or to make a little more profit, but it was very risky and I am not doing it again. ONLY gamble for FUN!

You don't get affected too much when you lose your money because you are definitely just gambling for fun and even if you lose but you get the entertainment you are looking that would justify the amount you spend. Don't generalize the statement based on what you like because since the day one I always gamble only for fun particularly while watching my favourite cricket team match I will bet a small amount to enjoy the game with more excitement. That's why even after few years of gambling I didn't lose money in gambling because I made some profit from cricket betting but lost some money in dice game but if I'm not wrong overall I'm still in profit may be less than 2 BTC.

That's for sure, no one wants to lose especially if it concerns with money because in playing games like in a PlayStation or XBox, I think it's okay to do some activities with your family and gamble, because it's fun but if it's serious in a way, that would be hard. Losing would be a problem because it can affect your future.

yes there is an understanding that whenever you lost then there is no fun at all.

but for some people who don't care anymore about how much they lost because of gambling (as long as you can afford to lose it) they will remain have fun with the game and it was not easy indeed to let your money gone like that.
