I never thought about this option, but I think that ETH gambling is a viable solution for everyone who still wants to gamble during bitcoin forking process.
The only downside is a fact that price of BTC after the fork skyrocket so fast and so sudden that it will be hard to rebuy all converted coins back.

Yes, this sounds reasonable and perhaps vdice will become even more successful because of risks with bitcoin. Ethereum is better for gambling in other ways as well, though. For example, I believe transactions proceed a lot faster and are cheaper than bitcoin one's.
As for the price of bitcoin, I don't think it will grow. It will obviously go down in case of hard fork but a soft fork doesn't guarantee the price growth as well. Ltc went -10% or so when segwit was implemented.

I do not know much about Ether, but as how thing are standing now i will take the time for that, also must advise others to do so. No matter what's going on with eth price we can be sure that eth is favored by many people, and it will grow over time.
Those separate contracts are confusing, for one who are accustomed to BTC blockchain and similar projects..

You do not have to create any contracts, because you are a player on vDice.
Ethereum will grow over time for sure but i think that it will still not be favoured by mainstream, pretty much only favoured by developers and such.

Ethereum is an alt coin and currently its price is going down. For the gambling lovers who want to play gambling on Vdice, its a good news for them as they can buy cheap Ethereum from the exchanges and transfer it to the Vdice site and gamble to win hopefully.  

The price is cheaper yes, however the minimum bet of 0.22 ETH, is still worth around 45$ which is a lot of money.
I don't think it will create much more bets on vDice, because of the price of the bet.

I think the minimum bet of 0.22 ETH should be reduced or even i think there should be no minimum. In this way any player can play and bet on Vdice. Current only those can bet who have atleast about 40 - 50$. If we can attract 5 to 10$ players also, it will further make the site popular.

This is really sad news for the ETH holders and it will bring the Eth value down for next few days.  But good think is that Vdice ETH balance has not been effected by this and people who have ETH deposited at vdice can safely continue with gambling.

I think you are wrong in LTC Segwit details because after they implemented Segwit successfully the price went skyrocket and you can see that the price did not went down and it is strongly steady in high price. So the same is when BTC Segwit get successfully implemented then surely the price will skyrocket and who ever sold in current price will be feeling sorry for selling it.

And nothing happened, after fork. BTC is still the same only those silly miners who mining BCC or losing money. Eth like all other altcoins will rise now and we don't have to worry no more. Time of prosparity cominig again. Only BCC can be dumped now if survives anyway.

ETH price will surely cross 0.1 btc  and i have heard  from few experts that it will  reach the all time high price of 0.15 in this month. Lets hope this news is correct, meanwhile i shall focus on gambling with ETH at vdice to make more and more ETH in my wallet.

This way people will have more choices and they will not be limited to just ETH. However it will not be an easy process as it will involve a big deal of changes in the code for Vdice website.

Time will tell the fate and future of BCC and i think gambling sites might consider BCC also an option with BTC for gambling. I think same should be think of Sites like Vdice for ETH. They should includes both chains, ETH and ETC for gambling so as to allow the players chose any chain of ETH.

I think Vdice is known for Ethereum Blockchain Gambling and it has got fame with this name. It should remain to a Main Eth Gmabling site as i do not think we have many people who store other altcoins for gambling or saving purpose. Other alts are mostly used to trade with bitcoins and get quick profits. Also they are not so stable as ETH or Bitcoins.

The best thing which i like about the Vdice site is the simplicity of the site and it simple and easy to use interface. There is no need to make any account of ETH and no signup emails and other such complicated stuff. It should work, but I would rather not test it myself. When you are dealing with sending money the best way is not to hustle with it.
If you want to be absolutely sure that nothing will go wrong then install real Ethereum wallet (and not something like Jaxx.io) which may have some kind of vulnerability.
