It seems like the website is down for one reason or another (I got the Live version from CloudFlare for sometime and now it's down again)

=> https://hashocean.com/

and the thing that makes it more suspicious is that they deleted their video from YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-IFOkrcmP0&feature=youtu.be

I  personally didn't invest on that scam but hopefully, It's not down so people could withdraw their money and understand that this kind of website is never trustworthy.
just good not having to invest hashocean. I have plans to invest in hashocean, it's good not successful, goodbye hashocean.

Wow, people sure like to overreact. It's been only couple hours, we have not missed a payout YET, we will see when the time comes for regular payout. Couldn't care less about their social media etc as long as btc finds its way to my btc wallet.

Really? And people invested into this cloud mining with fake photos and videos? I can't believe how many stupid people are and how easily giving their money to scmers.

woooow

how long it took to find it

i bet they couldnt ever think someone will find this out
I found it on Facebook, but people who found it, searched for only few minutes.

seems the pump above $700 and then the dump below $700 couldnt let their ponzi scam stay maintained.
I also think this is one of the reason behind this , they waited for 700$ pump and investors thought and panicked that it is right time to buy and they hurdled the mining power(basically there were no such mining).

That was expected that it will happen some day, I am happy that I have not invested a single penny it but at the same time feels bad for those who have lost their money in it.

This story has been told already, if you know the story about scrypt.cc when that fictitius guy named Marcelo Santos claims that they were hacked while he is on vacation? Seems that "hacked" is a favorite escape goat of this scammers.

What about cloudminr.io they were hacked as well and they even have the gall to sell members information online.

I was thinking this too.. I just got paid from them at 2AM Central US time. I had some invested there but not too much luckily. Diversify.. gotta do it especially here in cryptoland.. :-|

Dear Miner,
Sorry for inconvenience. Last night we got attacked by hacker which somehow can access our domain and posted our domain for sale. Now, we already take anything under our control and nothing affected our mining operation. Daily payout will be executed as usual.
Happy Mining!
Team HashOcean

I think that this was expected to happen because of the halving and i don't know how they deleted the youtube videos and the facebook page, i think that it has nothing to do with the hackers but they want to exit scam, OmegaStarScream made a thread to withdraw any money from these kind of websites.

Wel maybel this is the end of hashocean though they paid so many users but I guess as what we expected hashocean will become scam before bitcoin halving and now it happend. Though I deposited to the site but just once and I get my ROI so  nothing to worry. But to those who are newly registered, deposited and for those who did not got there ROI to the site. I feel sorry for them, actually it will happen because its totally a ponzi so. Its totally game over.

It seems if you're looking for high returns that most things are almost certainly scams/ponzis. There's some good investments in the lower range (single digit returns over a year type), but the massive gains always come with massive risks.

That's the main factor of some blind person out there that praises hashocean, "PAYING". In social media there are lots of boastful members out there.

They take that as a basis that a site is a legit one. Holy Crap. That's why newbies being dragged too.

Good thing Hashocean show their true color so that their boastful out there really end up crying.

It is too fast if we say that HashOcean has scamed people because the website is still can be accessed and there are announcement that HashOcean has been hacked. We just can wait and see for next announcement.

Wait are there really 700k people that have invested in HashOcean or this number is just inflated because of fake accounts or duplicate accounts? This looks like the perfect inside job - just clear all the traces and cover your tracks then claim someone hacked your website and close up shop then move on with everyone's money. I wonder if the victims could get a class action suit going against HashOcean to recover some funds if they won't pay up.
