This happened before to another Russian site, then came hashocean. I can't remember the name of it, wish I could, but it will come around again. Get in early. I got my ROI long ago from my investment.
It was Hashprofit and was the same exact functionality as Hashocean, claiming they mine with GPU-s and they mine the most profitable altcoins. However that ponzi Hashprofit lasted only six months while Hashocean lasted 1.5 years which is almost triple the time, so it made much more victims. Getting early may not get you where you want, just look at topmine they are out of business with 3.5 months so you would have not made your ROI in this scenario, its best to stay away from ponzi scams. |

This site and TopMine literally went down almost one day apart.
I guess they made quite a lot of profit from all those "investors".
that's a sure thing dude , they made a lot of profit from their investors imagine they have more than 700 000 member so it is possible that they have stole so much money . |

there is the site with name hashoceans.com and there is a site with name hash-ocean.com and the hash-ocean.com believe to be the same ownership with hashocean.com and they were saying that they will comeback 3-5 days. the hash-ocean.com was registered to a russian and the server is located at moscow. Maybe hopeful will try to keep thier fingers cross that this may be true that 3-5 days the site will be up again.

i think this is not cool reason, made other reason, like for example, our electricity was get down because we not yet paid the bill, or the miner we use is stolen by unknown people or anything else.

It seems like the domain name has been sold so I'm not sure how anyone will found out anything at this point. |

I would like to know how some people got a email from hashocean saying there had been attacked and payments would still go through, would everyone not of got one? so that leads me to think the people who first posted the screen shot well they will be part of it.

of course they are not attacked, its just they reason to close their company. i mean, the reason that they said is to funny and unbelievable, and it makes me laugh.
None of this makes me laugh.. just pieces of my faith in humanity that get torn away every time shit like this happens. That makes me want to hit things... people... scammers... with a baseball bat wrapped in razor wire. Also, www.hashocean.com is at least back to responding to pings very quickly and the IP is the same as it was. Could be nothing, could be something.. just thought I'd share. |
