Any update on getting a clock in the menu bar showing site time?  It's helpful when figuring out what time blocks were found.   Or the ability to set the site to show everything as your timezone when you are logged in.  Similar to the option most forums give you in your personal settings.
Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

No i do not. If you have a look around that template is called MMCFE. Its a open source front end quite a few pools use it. We actually took some time to modify ours even if it is very little mods.

Should add this on the forums also.

X-Stratum headers have been added to the getwork. What this does is directs any Stratum emabled miner that tried to use the getwork to stratum. This is huge stem to the removal of the getwork. All CPU miners should upgrade to the latest version of Poolers CPU miner (2.3) which has stratum support.

Only 1 week left before the removal of the getwork  Shocked.  Please update your miners now to ensure that you are ready for the upgrade.

Reaper Users. Please setup a stratum proxy or upgrade to cgminer (We are available to help via the normal outlets.)

CPU Miners. Please upgrade to the latest version of Miners (2.3 Available on configs page). Or setup a stratum proxy.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact myself or kha0Z.

Please note we will also be moving the static diff stratum server to vardiff at the end of the month when we decommission getwork.

Hello, this is probably a stupid question, but I can't find the settings of the donorserver.
Is it removed?

Serraz,

Getwork removal has begun. We have currently disabled only the Doner server (Port 80). This server is being upgraded to stratum so the doner (Port 80) server will be a stratum vardiff server.

We are leaving normal port8080 getwork open for another few days. Miners please move over to stratum.give-me-ltc.com:8080 Stratum miners on pool.give-me-ltc.com this does include you.

Any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me via the normal methods.

Regards,
Serraz

Hello Guys!

A little question concerning vardiff stratum,
I have a rig with 4x 7950. Is it better to use vardiff or not?
What are the pros and cons?

thanks in advance  Wink

Use the vardiff server - theoretically you will have less "stale/invalid" shares this way.  I use vardiff (port 3334) and it has been working great for me since switching over.

Hey

Sorry for the delayed reply. Using vardiff will decrease chatter to the server making your shares count more towards blocks. This should also decrease your stale shares due to you miner submitting higher difficulty shares. Your payout shoudl not be  affected either way.

Hope this helps.

What should I do in order to keep reject ratio lower? I'm constantly getting Rejected <unknown work> after Stratum from pool 0 detected new block.
My reject ratio in cgminer is  1.7% how is'it?

only after a new block is detected.

hit "S" to get to the settings menu and change the Queue to zero by hitting "Q" then "0" then "Enter"
Scantime could be lowered as well, try 2

3/July/2013

Thank you for your continuous support of Give-Me-LTC. Because of your donations, pool fees now have been reduced to 1% from this point forward to all users!!

Port 80 server has been upgraded to VARDIFF stratum and is now available to all users of the pool.

Port 3333 Stratum has been upgraded from static 32 didd to VARDIFF.

Getwork port 8080 has now been shutdown. Miners who have not switched their miners overto stratum will run into problems. If you require any assistance switching over please contact us.
