Sorry for the slow response guys, it's been a hectic month with DevCon2 and the Consensys retreat which followed immediately after. To answer the questions regarding the token launch, we're currently targeting a late November 2016 token launch and are in the process of determining exactly what the mechanics of the token launch will look like. We're aiming to get the game theoretical incentives right so as to balance the interests of the core gnosis team, the token buyers, the devs/projects building atop the platform later on, as well as ensuring the process is simple and secure. We believe we found good answers to all those questions and are looking forward to share our solutions soon. In the mean time, the best place to stay up to date is definitely our slack team( http://slack.gnosis.pm/), but we'll try to do a better job keeping everyone here updated from here on out. Thanks again for the support guys, and keep the questions coming. Thanks for the update. Waiting for the ICO

Is November date sacrosanct, I have been monitor this project for some time, I missed Augur ICO and looking at the performance in market so far, I want to be the one spreading the good news this time around
The November date is a target. It is not set in stone, we don't foresee any need to move the target, but this is crypto and things can change very quickly. There should be no reason for anyone to miss out on the token launch, there will be plenty of time to participate and no way for it to end early. Will shout it loudly on every available channel once the date is confirmed.

We don't have a whitepaper written up at this point. However, much of the information will be released as blog posts at blog.gnosis.pm prior to being committed formally to a whitepaper like document. The blog posts are in queue, just waiting on further confirmation from our legal council.

We hope to be prepared for the token launch by the end of 2016. We will make sure to have all relevant details released to the public with plenty of time for review prior to the start of the token launch.

Did I understand correctly that the lowest bid during the ICO determines the ico coin price?

We'll have a lot more news in the coming weeks. What do you mean by generosity? Did I understand correctly that the lowest bid during the ICO determines the ico coin price?
Correct, the lowest bid determines the price that everyone pays. So should someone bid lower than you, you'll receive more/better value tokens that what your original bid.

How many predictin markets do we need? There a bunch of non crypto sites in addition to the ones that are decentralized. I bet non of them are profitable.
