Crytopia may have broadcast, but its not in the block explorer. Cryptopia may be on another chain, a fork. It could also be that they have not got a synced wallet. There is no evidence of the transaction in block explorer. I can find the dev 3 tesla though.

But the wallet keep stopping syncing every few thousands blocks....
always are round numbers....

PLEASE HELP to understand why is this behavior....

Each time the only way to start over the syncing os to close and reopen the wallet... but will take
hundreds of close / open to get on sync and it would probably not last as it does not do it automatically
