Use vpngte and select country of Japan a do that and I have withdrawal my coin from it and it's confermed do that if yo want your coin

If you still have access to site - you will probably lose it soon due to dns cache expiring, if they dont resolve dns problem.
Check current IP address by pinging coinexchange.io at command line and add 2 lines with this IP to \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, my example:

45.60.46.219   coinexchange.io
45.60.46.219   www.coinexchange.io

i am able to access site using my mobile phone as wifi hot spot. this is probably due to my mobile operators dns server hasn't prohibited it yet.

above description would be very helpful . you should create your own hosts file as another forumer described above.

coinexchange is the only site where you can trade B3 & KB3.  That is a very active community.  Better get in business soon or B3/KB3 will be in problems.

Anyone unable to access the coinexchange website (which I was one and frantically looking for some way to access my account since safe trade coin is doing so well right now) should go to the XSTC website and log in through that portal.  I just logged into my coinexchange account and all my balances are correct.  Haven't tried to withdraw anything yet. Cheers everyone

Seems like a bigger problem, the domain has been blocked/suspended by nic.io directly, not the registrar namecheap:
