I hope you are right but why youtube? I thought this has nothing to do with stream video?

It's actually one of the main goals of LBRY project to replace YouTube and NETFLIX. I've found the interview with Mike Vine  (link below) - where he speaks about it.

Right now the team's focus is on fixing issues with current platforms (OSX/Windows/'Nix) and integrating new features.  Once that's taken care of, Android / iOS development will commence.  I wouldn't expect it this year, unless the bounty is taken up by other developers.
