Dear friends,

For those who don't know what LBRY.IO is a quick introduction.

LBRY.IO is a new way for people to publish and share content online. Some say it is the new Youtube, but without the interference of a governor or authorizor, people have complete control to how to, and what content they share and decide the price (or free) for sharing content .

There is no middleman, no censorship, and no advertisers. The content creator is the middleman.

LBRY like http is a platform or protocol.  If LBRY is open to the world and accessible, nobody really owns or control it.

LBRY is for artists, authors, video, VR content creators and others. People can sell or buy their own content without another person monitoring their behavior.

LBRY.io is an emerging project that might replace centralized media distribution platforms like YouTube, Soundcloud and Bandcamp with a peer-to-peer, opensource protocol for media sharing and discovery.

Now the good news.

Apparantly at the 22th of June a live event will be held about LBRY.IO

The most exciting of all the news is that they promote the news that a working and functional API and Protocol will be presented for people to use. Meaning Content sharing wouldn't be the same! This may mean that the LBRY Marketcap will reach an all time high if this blockchain technology, API and Protocol will be fully effective!

I think they are both trying to do the same thing.

However at the moment Decent is far behind. Mainnet not even launched - these coins on exchanges are not real, because they do not even exist yet.
They will also have a digital marketplace however as they said on AMA, they do not have streaming like LBRY has, atleast not yet.


So for now LBRY is much ahead, but we will see how this unveils.

Absolutely. When it's ICO, token holders win ONLY if the dev team is honest and hardworking. And there's no way to push them cause they own the money already...

Well, it is usually the people that sell off when the hype seems to reach its peak because they are just here for some quick money or they have no real trust in the project. They already made some profits and think it will go down again when the dust settle and the hype wears off - which is true most often. However, I think here, there is more potential to go up, especially in the long run. It may be a risky thing to speculate on a dip to rebuy again, it likely won't happen with LBC for a while.

My prediction is that it will dump on news as usual, but the MM knows this and will most likley dump it before anyone else, he/they will then proceed to scoup up the cheap coins from the weak hands before taking this project to where is deserves to be.
