I'm aware of the situation and made some quick code clean up after seeing that the anti-virus companies won't react and even copy their false results from each other.

I deleted some unused functions for example and the false alarms got better with the latest version (0.3.9.7)

https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/52716dba2e40939105dc79be63cc824b4868863cbc08b92ef041e850fafe5df2/analysis/1498168508/

The client (Burst_Wallet.exe) is being developed since over two years now and I have no (self) interest to put there something malicious. All changes are documented and transparent.

But: "Burst finally goes viral" Wink

Good work! Now hopefully people won't get these warnings when downloading the wallet.

On another note Burst is having a great day on the markets trading at around 700 sats right now which is great to see. Now will we see 1k sats this time around?

Almost done plotting another 5TB drive so I can't wait to add that to our mining rig as it should give us a little boost.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

Android wallet does not work, neither the web wallet. On android I have just a blank screen all the time, while the web wallet, during registration, claims that a passphrace I've entered is not the same I was provided with.

Why isn't burst more popular? I believe it's a great idea.

Web wallets at burstnation.com seem to be up (It's under tools I think)... as someone else said there can be a delay once paraphrase is entered.

Regarding paraphrase... make sure it's EXACT when you enter it... no extra spaces etc.  The paraphrase is your wallet.

Regarding why BURST isn't more popular... it really had no marketing up until 4 - 5 months ago.  I still think it's tremendously undervalued.

I like burst rise.

Still, lots more to go because it is at 780 sats only.At present, i don't know exactly for the raise because it is not moving upwards more than 1000sats. Hoping a lot from this Burstnation, there are many reasons why it is not raising the price because of its supply and people dumping the coin with their mining coins.

Hi guys I was wondering if someone can help me out. I just created a new wallet and tried sending burst to it from an exchange but it says the address is not valid for the burst network? Anyone encountered this before?

You have to validate the public key, send trough a faucet almost 1 burst, and then make a transaction from the wallet, for example giving the wallet a name, then you can receive from exchanges.

But: "Burst finally goes viral" Wink

yes mate i see burst moving good and if we are going to go at 1k sat mark it will attract more investors to join the ride, its really a big move
traders are enjoying the move, anyway do you have a good and easy tuts on how to create/build an small hdd mining rig? i'm getting interested

Thanks for the reply. I just tried using burstcoin.biz as the faucet but it says that the address has been used before even though the wallet shows 0 transactions. What to do?

Here's the test wallet I generated... BURST-9NHH-ACJT-WP58-6JXWQ

and this is what I got from block explorer when I typed in the address. http://burstcoin.biz/block/14961616868841038832

So I can't send burst from an exchange cause address is invalid and it doesn't work on the faucet even though it's not been used before...

Anybody know how to fix it? It seems like any new address I've generated gives the same result. This is frustrating  Undecided

I'm using the wallet from the burst site https://www.burst-team.us/index.php/wallets/

Should reinstall everything and re download the block chain or does any1 know if there is a quick fix for this?
