1) Okay, for starters there needs to be some better worded English language press releases about the structure of Xaurum.

It doesn't worry me that the dev's first language isn't English but it does worry me that the English is being mangled in the start up phase when it needs to be exact- it needs to be written in a manner that all can understand and is not hidden behind crypto jargon. This is to entice newbs.

2) Second point is that there is no marketing/communicating of Xaurum to the investment sector. We need people selling Xaurum to the rich who seek investment advice and are willing to pay for investment advice.

That means the dev's need to figure out how a financial planner can get a financial cut when they 'sell xaurum' to investors. Financial planners are like insurance brokers or mortgage brokers in that they take a slice for themselves. We want rich Italians, Russians etc buying a few thousand dollars worth of xaurum in their investment portfolio.
Ideally, long term investors are better for price stability than Chinese speculators.

That's plenty for now.

Regarding communication:

We agree that we require another type of communication with the investment sector, however there are a few choices that need to be made for it.
The rules of effective communication are simple in theory, one has to convey information as precisely as possible according to the understanding of the audience.
In practice, this is complicated, as there is always a choice to be made between precision and simplicity of meaning, because simple terms have broader and multiple uses.
Jargon isn't usually used to hide meaning but to make it more determined and useful for specific contexts, this however limits its use to the specialists.
To choose anything but the most precise language in describing our core mechanisms could be perceived as deceptive,
 and would therefore be detrimental to the project. This means that specific types of audiences need to be addressed separately and in different ways.

We're currently working on this issue and believe the best way to solve this problem is:

1. Create a xaurum wiki, with all the specific terminology and descriptions of mechanisms.
2. Create specific marketing content for specific markets.

If you melt XAUR then you'll get its gold value, meaning the commonwealth will decrease by the value you get after melting, and so will the Xaurum supply, so in the end nothing really changes. Otherwise, I don't know how you can burn all that XUAR at once ... Anyway, if you burn XAUR the commonwealth will stay the same but the gold value 1 XAUR could be melted for, will increase, so you'd make XAUR holders happier .
