If no one spends bitcoin what might happen?

Since, exchanges will still allow buying/selling, I think price will drop drastically until people start spending. Maybe after an initial sharp drop, people unaware of the situation will buy few coins thinking they will gain profit quickly. But, after realising a loss they will sell their holdings as well.

Well the exchanges are going to be the ones spending so it wouldn't be a total blackout on Bitcoin spending and since people would be fraction buy rmore on the exchanges it is likely to spark artificial demand and that will result in a corresponding growth in Bitcoin value.

Well yes out of millions of people of hold btc not all can think in same way and will hold it. There would definitely many of them who will sell it either they require money, or will spend on something to buy some stuff or for the remittance purpose wills end btc to somebody etc which will going to happen.

I think the price would just stay the same. It would be as if it was frozen since there will be 0 movement.

In my opinion and own thought, if people will not use to spend their bitcoin, the circulation within the international market regarding bitcoin cryptocurrency will be abundant because no people want to spend it so how will it work ad a currency if we will just hold it and just wait until it pump? We do need to spend it into investments, buying needs and wants to make the currency working and continue to circulate making its demands higher that will lead to its price hike.

There would a possibility that the bitcoin economy will not grow because if no one will dump the price will remain stable and no change of price. We really needed to see fluctuations in order for other investors to have a chance to buy a bitcoin to hold. If price will remain expensive then demand will also fall and the desure of people in investing will be lessen.

Well that question is not complete. If no one spends bitcoin ceteris paribus that would mean people will still buy and sell it.
Basically it just becomes an investment asset.

I think it is not possible. It is like that someone has an account in bank and he holds some money and do not spend although he needs the money for his day to day expense. Is it possible? Then what will he do. Surely he will withdraw his money from the bank and spend it.

Here is also the same case. For example if I have bitcoin in wallet and hold it then why I have invested my money.

If you sell your bitcoin then it is just like you spend it to for the exchange of fiat or other crypto currency so there is a flow in the market. We need to spend coins to make economy grow. I think spending means using it to buy stuff just like what you do with any other currencies. But selling is when you dump it on the market. The first one is actually helpful to bitcoin because when you spend there will be more services and more adoption as we go forward. But the selling is what changes the price when no one sells price goes up and when everyone is dumping the price drops.

We can still earn bitcoin thru mining if there's no-one is selling them where the popularity will still increase since most of the people attracted to bitcoin is because of it's price.
Anyway, this scene will never happen since almost everyone will need some money or extra money and sell their bitcoin for it.

Think of it this way bitcoin got its value because its a finite amount and nobody is floding the market with it just like gold. This is almost impossible to happen, atleast miners will need to sell part of their coins to pay the energy bills and to grow their hashpower, bitcoin has raised due to people start trade and use bitcoin to pay for something or services, if somehow people stop spend bitcoin it would create a huge pression and possible a buble over it.

Technically, if no one sells bitcoins any more, the price of Bitcoin will remain the price at which the last trade had been made no matter how long ago this trade actually took place. That said, we could still take the highest bid as the possible price since if someone decides to sell (though that would be against the premises of the opening post, I know), he will get that quote (provided the size of his order matches the size of the bid order, of course)

If this occurs and the price dont crashes, so the phrase "Bitcoin is a bubble !!" will be true and this crypto will be a simple market where the peoples are trying to get money with the order of others.

The worst scenario is the price of bitcoin will stuck or even going down because there is no buyer and seller on the market but i think it's impossible to happen. Bitcoin is an online currency though, many people still use it for trading, gambling, buying/selling on something else, people will keep using bitcoin.

Properly i do think bitcoin has value simply because it retains currently being traded, if from 1 moment to all people end circulating their bitcoins its practically a sure price will dump alternatively increase. But at the minute im see that we have also many transactions and we have after once again an issue about the confirmations, and the delay isnt good for bitcoin at all.

I think you don't clearly get the point of the title and the post since if bitcoins have no investors what would it be now. Many people will panic because the price will dump unless ypur reply has been already done which is we are too far from that 2050 was too long and bitcoins maybe worth a 100,000 plus of value. or even a million dollars.
