Actually now you have to get cash out of coins.ph. It's fun you're first to transact at coins.ph. I made 1.44 kona Ethereum I converted to cash for 22,320 I was happy because I knew how to get transac on coins.ph.

Dapat yung banko mismo ang sinubukan mong kontakin.  Kasi sa kanila nangyari ang huling transaction.  Bale magfile ka ng report dun sa bank  may-ari ng atm na pinagwithdrawhan mo.  Nakaexperience ako nito dati pero sa ibang banko.  Sinubukan kong magwithdraw pero walang lumabas ng tingnan ko ang resibo, nabawasan ng amount na sinubukan kong iwithdraw.  Nireport lang dun sa bank tapos after sometime nabalik na ulit yung nawalang amount dahil naubusan ng pera yung atm.

Tama kasi once na completed na withdrawal sa Security Bank at iyong ang pinagbasehan ng coins.ph, eh talagang sasabihin nila na nakuha na ang pera. Dun naman sila magbabased since Security Bank ang may final output.

Nangyari sa akin for pero low amount lang. Nagwithdraw ako via EgiveCash success pero wala naman lumabas na pera. Kaya inulit ko tapos wala ng nangyari. Nagsend ako ng query sa coins.ph at sabi ko ifoforward ko rin iyong concern ko sa Security Bank. Bale ang kausap ko na is Security Bank at labas na si coins.ph. Ayun nakuha ko naman. Nasa database ng ATM machine kung nagdispense talaga ng pera o hindi at may timestamp naman doon. Basta marami tayo backup claims matratrace naman nila na error talaga.

hindi natin sila masisisi kasi ang pinakang problema talaga ay sa sec bank. kahit sabihin nating channel nga si coins si security bank pa din ang may full authorization sa perang na-cashout mo. coins lang ang gumagawa ng transaction pero sec bank ang tumatanggap at gagawa ng paraan para makuha mo ito.

Request / Suggestion

Good Day to both the management of Coins and to Fellow Users. I think it is time for Coins.Ph to increase there Cash-Out limits with the lower levels namely Level 1 and 2 for reasons such as.

1. The price of Bitcoin before is 2000$ and the daily Cash out limit for Level 2 users are 50,000 PHP
2. The price of Bitcoin right now is above 4100$ which is more than double, but still the Cash Out Limit is 50,000 PHP and an Annual Limit of 400,000 PHP

I think it is more than just to change or increase the limits because of the price of Bitcoin has now. It also helps people who is having a hard time getting that Level 3 verification process you have in your wallet. I hope that you listen to our request as it is just a simple one on making our lives better.

May mga naka experience na ba dito na nag cashout through Security Bank ATM and hindi nakuha yung money kasi wala ng pera yung ATM? Hassle kasi nareceive ko sa text na na receive na daw yung money pero hindi naman na dispense kasi wala naman ng pera yung ATM mismo. Hassle talaga.

Okay lang. Wala naman magiging problema kung hindi ka kaagad makakapag-pa ID and selfie verified as long as hindi mo pa gagamitin ang cash in at cash out option. Magagamit mo pa din ang mga services ng coins.ph at makakapag send and receive ka pa din ng BTC.

ok lang ba kung di mo agad ma verify yung coin.ph? meron bang magiging problema kung hindi? salamat

wala namang problema yun, nasayo na yan kung kailan mo gusto iverify ang coins mo. pero un nga lang pag nagkalaman ung wallet mo hindi mo sya mailalabas, hindi ka makakapag cash out, pero pwede mo naman gamitin pang load.

Request / Suggestion

Good Day to both the management of Coins and to Fellow Users. I think it is time for Coins.Ph to increase there Cash-Out limits with the lower levels namely Level 1 and 2 for reasons such as.

1. The price of Bitcoin before is 2000$ and the daily Cash out limit for Level 2 users are 50,000 PHP
2. The price of Bitcoin right now is above 4100$ which is more than double, but still the Cash Out Limit is 50,000 PHP and an Annual Limit of 400,000 PHP

I think it is more than just to change or increase the limits because of the price of Bitcoin has now. It also helps people who is having a hard time getting that Level 3 verification process you have in your wallet. I hope that you listen to our request as it is just a simple one on making our lives better.

Agree mam pem , its time to add the cashout limits on accounts in coins.ph , We users are experiencing some trouble if there will be a large cashout. Nalilimit din ako per day minsan eh pag kelangan mag labas malaking pera , kaya kelangan ko mag hintay next day para maka cashout ulit. Pero all service feels nice to me. Support are good, I feel they are resposive in my questions about my inquiries. Good job coins.ph

Okay lang naman kung di mo iveverify agad yung coins.ph mo. Walang problema yun, kaya lang kasi vineverify para mas tumaas ang daily limit mo, cash in at cash out. Ang maganda lang kasi kapag verified ka mataas ang pwede mong i-cashout at ang maximum sa ngayon ay 400,000 pesos daily dati kasi 400,000 annually.

Tama kasi once na completed na withdrawal sa Security Bank at iyong ang pinagbasehan ng coins.ph, eh talagang sasabihin nila na nakuha na ang pera. Dun naman sila magbabased since Security Bank ang may final output.

Nangyari sa akin for pero low amount lang. Nagwithdraw ako via EgiveCash success pero wala naman lumabas na pera. Kaya inulit ko tapos wala ng nangyari. Nagsend ako ng query sa coins.ph at sabi ko ifoforward ko rin iyong concern ko sa Security Bank. Bale ang kausap ko na is Security Bank at labas na si coins.ph. Ayun nakuha ko naman. Nasa database ng ATM machine kung nagdispense talaga ng pera o hindi at may timestamp naman doon. Basta marami tayo backup claims matratrace naman nila na error talaga.
Pano mo nakausap yung sa security bank?  Kasi sayang naman yung hindi withdraw na pera, obviously it's better to be refunded than just doing nothing

Puwede rin hotline kaya lang minsan sa inis ko baka iba masagot ko sa CS na walang malay. Mas mabilis kasi sa akin pag rumekta ka na sa kanila kasi malalaman naman nila kung valid ang EgiveCashout natin via coins.ph at kung talagang may problema sa ATM machine nila kasi minsan may mga scenario ng no money dispense.

May mga naka experience na ba dito na nag cashout through Security Bank ATM and hindi nakuha yung money kasi wala ng pera yung ATM? Hassle kasi nareceive ko sa text na na receive na daw yung money pero hindi naman na dispense kasi wala naman ng pera yung ATM mismo. Hassle talaga.
