Masternodes in my opinion are best for newly lunched coins, while those that have been existing for long, might not be that profitable, due to the reduction of ROI.
There are now so many masternode coins in the space and most times, it is good to start with anyone you know is good. Start immediately it is lunched and before there is reduction in the coins minted, you would have made reasonable profit from it.

Open website masternodes.pro and coins with masternodes are there. Find whatever you want. Also it would be grate hearing about your experience with masternodes, because I know where to find info, but I've never tried to set up masternode
better to use the site masternodyonline. there is much more information and more descriptions about each node

XLR (Solaris) .They have a partnership with a new exchange https://txbit.io/. You will benefit from the daily volume.
So you get a reward for running a masternode  and a reward from the daily volume. More info:

They have no masternodes but so-called Supernodes, as far as I know. And you have to stake at least 500.000 VITE in order to be eligible as an Supernode.

There are so much websites that are having the lists of active masternodes, their prices, their ROI and so on. Just google my friend and there are at least 150 coins where you can get a masternode even with several bucks.

There is no doubt that there are very promising projects among masternodes coins. But unfortunately very often there are scammers. Therefore, I don’t risk investing in projects with ICO or masternodes. I prefer open projects where there is no premina, like Sound Money Coin.

Well XLR is one of them, i have a masternode running but now the price is where is and a masternode need 1000 coins, but for profit i think we need first that the bitcoin price grow and after most altcoins will grow.

I have used the masternode coins but I doubt their price will increase after the bull run on the crypto markets. After the end of the bear market, masternode coins will lose its popularity if no new update comes to the industry.

Masternode is highly appreciated by many people but met many negative reflections. Many people say that Masternode is like lending so it will soon have ends like Bitcoinnect (BCC) or the Altcoin developed on the lending platform. But I still appreciate Masternode and believe that in the future this will be the trend of most Altcoins.

PIVX Is my no one pick,  it provides masternode functionality as well as staking as it is a proof of stake coin, unlike Dash. And here the masternodes are used for voting, sending instant transactions and preventing double spends. Also, by looking at current PIVX price ticker, you can calculate how much initial investment would be needed to run a PIVX masternode.

And my second pick is Zcoin, which is also the first crypto to implement zerocoin protocol on it to ensure confidentiality and anonymity. It also implements the concept of masternodes known as Znodes specifically for performing Zerocoin transactions.

If you don't want to risk a lot and look for a decent project with real developers check out Argoneum (AGM). I've been following it since the very beginning. There are real developers, they did KYD ( Know your developer), and has a decent idea, and working beta platform.

Check out Blocknet, it dubs itself as the ‘internet of blockchains’. The Blocknet Protocol is a true peer-to-peer protocol between nodes on different blockchains, which enables the transfer of data and value between blockchains and opens the door to cross-chain Dapps. And it also employs the strategy of masternodes too as it is a POS coin. Also,  Blocknet masternode is generating $45 daily which is around $16,000 annually as per the current price of Blocknet.

Phore  - one of the most developed project. Many features are gone already and many will be. The team is very strong and attractive. Much plans for promotion and developing. I think Phore is one of the most undervalued coin on the CMC

Adeptio and AceD, both projects are totally undervalued in my opinion. Development is going on nice, i expect a increasing trading volume and price within the next months.  Cool

Look at DEEX.

It's decentralized exchange that presented its own platform for IEO.
As far as I know, no one has done this yet.
