That's easy. Just go and find a job, you'll forget gambling soon if you are busy. If you don't mind, why are you quitting, what comes into your mind? if you have a reason, you can always use it to quit gambling, so each time your hands are itchy and want to gamble, just think of the reason on why you want to quit. It would be effective if you are honest to your self.

By trying to overcome by his own is very hard. If it is possible, he would have done it himself. What he also need is the support of loves one. His friends and family should help him to divert his attention and let him engage in other meaningful activities.

Quitting in gambling is not really an easy thing to do. We can just say that it is easy to quit gambling by avoiding it daily and save your money.

but for the addicted people who are really can't help to quit in it, It is better if they are going to seek medication from an expert.

i believe once you started gambling it very hard to Quit.  The only way to quit gambling is that you are finished up with your bitcoins on losing in gambling.

Some people aren't even this unlucky, they sell their possessions to buy more coins, to gamble with, and end up with nothing. It's really sad. The only way to quit if you're truly addicted is to seek professional help.

Find another outlet where you don't win or lose anything. A hobby of some sort. Even an expensive hobby is fine. Rather spend money on a nice hobby then piss it away losing in gambling in the hopes to win more. Even if you win in gambling what will you do with the winnings if you don't have a hobby ? You will just put it right back in and lose it again and be sad. So either betting or a hobby. I suggest a hobby for now and if you really have to betting later.

Gambling is risky and i think everyone know about this fact. So unless you gamble just for fun, it's preferred if you quit or just don't gamble with huge amounts to minimize the risks

I think of you are asking this maybe not gamble at all. Delete all accounts and lock them. Dont make transfers to any bitcoin casino. If you have addresses saved for bitcoin casinos remove them at once. The best way is to be cut off completely. Otherwise just one more gamble can make you hooked again. Like an alcoholic must not have even one beer so must you not have even one more gamble. Even a small gamble will turn big soon after.

Some casinons offer you to play with play money, maybe try them instead of small amounts of real coins. Of course for you it's better to not gamble at all, but if you can't, you can at least start quitting slowly.

Well you need get support from your friends and tour family, environment is the most important things to get out of addiction, find a hobby to fill your vacant time,  its important to keep your time occupy so your mind dont wander off to back to the gambling, last thing maybe you want to lock or limit your money, so instead of using it for gambling,  you saved it into a deposit account

Keep yourself busy by finding job or anything that make yourself busy so you have no time to play gambling. If you still not feel the effects. Seek for psychologist. I know gambling addiction is hard to control but think about your family and your future. You cant just gamble forever. Get a life mate. Dont waste your entire life.into gambling.
