Just follow my steps and you will be fine first step alt + w if you are using browser or just simple click the x if you are using cellphone browser and turn off your wifi or turn of your computer and never visit any of the gambling website find some new habit or play basket ball overnight

Addicted to gambling shovel was difficult to avoid it . The temptation because anyone who comes to us especially if you want to avoid it so you better make yourself avoid gambling and do not yield to temptation . To avoid as much as you do to resist the desire to gamble avoid as much as you can. This is the only way I know to quit in gambling .

If you really cant quit take up poker/sports betting or trading where you can actually be +ev provided you do your homework.  I doubt many people who get addicted to gambling in general fair well in poker/sports or trading either but its better than being than no hope of +ev with house games. Thats a good advice, but instead of girlfriend, we have closer people in our life like our family and close friends. I'm sure they can help you out from your gambling problem. Sometimes girlfriend could spend your money more than the casino do lol

I think having a girlfriend is going to help you if you really want to quit gambling, because instead of gambling your money.

You are going to allocate it for your date with her and if ever you want someone to do some reminders for your gambling addiction.

Well, if you really want to get out of gambling, you just have to stay away from it, and looking for a new hobby, because it is one of the effective ways to get out of gambling if you're hooked. although it will be a long time, but slowly you will surely forget about gambling, or do you just need to find a new business, such as trading or investment, I think it's going to spend your time to think about the business world

Many ways to quit in gambling but you should try all of those methods because not all methods are working..
You can try go to psychiatrist first go to far places with your friends and family change your hobby.. those methods can help you to stay away in gambling and you will quit if you feel life is more important.

i think it is not such an easy task to quit gambling, i have seen so many people who tried their best to quit gambling but every one started gambling again after some day or after a month or two and still continue gambling, so i think to quit gambling is not such an easy job.

So we addicted to gambling means when we start to see the internet our first search is a gambling site. Better use that software and block all casino sites then if you search also you will not sites. I already use this method to stop my gambling addiction but it didn't works on me because i can easily unblock the site once i want to make gamble. So that i decided to cut my internet connection for 1 month and rest to clear my mind. After that, I didn't gamble that much and just play for entertainment

Right, also make yourself busy just like what i did, i take a vacation and go to a trip for months where there is no access in internet, i just relax there with my family then slowly i completely forgot gambling. currently, i still play but i know my limit.

To quit at gambling is very difficult especially if you have an addiction. If someone has become addicted on gambling needs encouragement of those around to be able to quit in gambling. But in order to quit gambling takes intention in ourselves and stay away from gambling. substituting it with something constructive is a good idea but that substitute should not be an addictive one also.
an addictive personality is the personality that some people have got and the only way to treat it is to try and do some constructive hobbies like going out, excerpting and learning other things to do with his time.
