I think it is not necessary. Indeed, we need help from others to be able to stop gambling, but the intention and consistent in itself is more important. We can occupy themselves with other things such as streets with my friends, hang out with family, or if you often hold a laptop we could use trade. It is very difficult to stop gambling, but if we have the intention certainly doable.

Certainly, if others can do it, why can't we? for sure we can quit gambling if we really want to, and if we want to seek the help of others and our family probably what we need is a cheer, a motivation so we could stop and not those blames and whatever.

But why we come in that stage, where we want to quit gambling? if we never cross our limit than we have no problem with it. Gambling became problem-able for us, when we totally depend on it and  and in this way, we became addicted person, and most of the time gambling not suit for us.   
But still i am agree with you, If other can do it, So why we can't do it?

If that would be so easy to say. The problem with addicted people is - they often tends to lose perspective. So it is no use to convince them with pure logic.

Some gamblers know that they are addicts but refuse to  do something about it, and others lack the will to act. There is no magical solution here.

so far so good most of them have claimed make their client live better

Quitting gambling is getting harder when you do it the long time.. The longer you gamble, the harder the way you will do it and you might really need to consult others help... But if gambling is not yet rooted in you, well, a simple saying "NO' would be effective... Keep in mind that if you are going to quit you should not be telling your self that "it's too hard to quit", that's not helping, in fact that just give you a reason to give gambling another shot...

Nearest relatives can indeed help us to stop gambling. But I think the most important is faith in yourself that can make us stop in gambling. Aid nearest relatives and myself are both also important so that somebody could stop gambling. Try to focus our busy on those nearby, I'm sure fast or slow we may safely away and quit gambling.

Yes I agree, I think that its very good to talk with a relative  that is near you and that is also trust worthy of course.
