Hello guys I am addicted to gambling.How can I quit this?

You should quit with gambling only if you are addicted to it because if you have a family to take care you cannot gamble all day.
That is going to mess things up for you, you will lose your money and your family.

Even If you are not addicted to gambling quitting your gambling habit can be good for you if you instead of gambling do something else like playing a musical instrument or reading, or whatever you fell like doing.

to quit gambling is only good for you if you are playing it wrongly, then you should try to quit gambling, but if you are playing it with some strategy and limit then you can play and continue and no need to quit it.

I disagree, while gambling for fun is not wrong the fact that it can lead you to gambling addiction is enough reason for me to look for substitute activities if possible.

Correct. You are the primary person to help and decide for yourself. But there are really other people out there who got really addicted to gambling and even they themselves hate their selves a lot and cannot control their craving to gambling. But it all goes to common denominator - it is you that will going to decide as to whether or not you are going to quit gambling!

You have to keep repeating the steps to stop, over and over.

Quitting gambling is not just easy that you say that it is not hard maybe because you are not an addicted one. I've been through with it and upon being an addicted gambler I really wanted to stop by myself.
