Initially, I would believe so as well. Especially if we switch to the code which alleviates the block issues first.
I never trade after dark, therefore not on Friday after dark -- gawd!! Is Bitcoin always this slow? And: gleefully struggling with the reality of trying to pick up 'stock' for the D L Ex without pushing up the price; but there's just less and less available. I just nudged the C-Cex price up to 0.003.

Some tons have been bought up to get us to where we're at and folks are scared to sell any more this low.
As long as you pay a priority fee in between medium-high (14-20 cents worth of BTC) for the tx I've noticed it's still the same as it was a few years ago. About one exact hour to get 6 confirms, give or take sometimes 15-20 minutes. I've noticed when I use low fees of around half that amount it can easily take a few hours. No tx fee and you may never get into a block. You can still currently get away with sending with no or very little tx fee on the UNO blockchain, until it's processing a lot more transactions.

‘While designating this mechanism to only be used during extreme 'adverse conditions', the fact that the global financial and banking systems are teetering on another 'Lehman Moment' means that the government could co-opt your money at any time, and is a backdoor way into moving your retirement and pension assets into Treasury debt instruments to help fund the government.’ http://www.thedailyeconomist.com/2016/10/got-gold-today-new-sec-rule-goes-into.htmlForget the terms. The nitty gritty is that a range of new and global policies now mean that (a) fiat currencies will steadily buy you less bread for your buck, and (b) They can take that fiat away from at any time anyway. This is a fine argument for an instrument like Unobtanium. Here’s me, more than two years ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoMarkets/comments/242i41/crypto_prices_and_the_global_financial_crisis

Uno-Ag Price-TrackerD L Ex: Proud sponsors of Uno's Sydney nodeOkay, I'm here. There are about 250 Uno available if you ask. [Still sizing up the market: a lot going on![ Falling Knife notes (on Unobtanium.uno chat) that Uno is on Bitsquare. I personally luuuurv the idea of dexchanges, but dislike Bitsquare. Must have another look. Please do offer reports of your own.Check CBX, once the 'POS opposite number' to Uno. It's market cap has slipped under $100K, and its volume was six bucks yesterday. Sic transit.I'm on deck today. Back later.

Woo hoo! Trust? So far, I've been working off the original Trusted Traders list from Un-Ex, contacting the TTs one by one.

"dexchanges should be, IMHO, very carefully considered" "Bitsquare provides is not at all the sort of 'Wall-Street price discovery' that has characterized cryptos since Mt. Gox? but rather a slow-motion reality, something more akin a village marketplace" -- within those words are the core principles of 'D-L-Ex' running on the old legacy 'trust' tech, of which is only granted via merit and time. my point is 'D-L-Ex' is 'THE dexchange 1.0' and the polar opposite are exchanges like Bitfinex, Cryptsy, and Polo everything else will fall in between

Hola, B.N. As usual, you dig it.
Now, assuming that lil 'ol me is still administering here in say, three, four, five years, what cheeky percentage of all Uno trading might be being undertaken here?

Hola!
10% trade ... because it is simple math.
"effect on Oct. 14 where investors and pension funds who do not have their money in a security can summarily have their cash reserves moved into U.S. Treasuries rather than money market funds."
done deal. all $ held on account will be turned into T-bills ... game over folks.

Uno-Ag Price-TrackerD L Ex: Proud sponsors of Uno's Sydney nodeTrade ABC123: will sell 100 Uno for 0.281 Btc (0.00281 per)Policy at this second? Got about 350 Uno in the 'holding-tank,' and 100 or so keeping up volume on Bittrex. As interest strengthens, I will up the ante. EDIT: Uno's price on Bittrex just crept over .003

Bittrex goes to .004 if 1 BTC goes to market. Also UNO enters year 4, tomorrow, marking the 13th quarter of trading 24/7 on dozens of exchanges, and well beyond 100 markets.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016/10/16/euro-house-of-cards-to-collapse-warns-ecb-prophet/ The Bitsquare Thang -- dexchanges?Bitsquare gave me a headache last time, but it is sweet to see that F.K. has tackled them. So, whether directly or indirectly, D L Ex will bust its hump to provide liquidity in a P2P/dexchange-friendly model. [And ummm . . . yes: you can buy 100 Uno at this second for way under market price.]

Uno-Ag Price-TrackerD L Ex: Proud sponsors of Uno's Sydney nodeTrade ABC123: will sell 100 Uno for 0.281 Btc (0.00281 per)Firstly, Local Merchant swapped a box of groceries for Uno today. (Local Merchant actually already has a nice portfolio of cryptos, and is prepared to try a ‘light touch’ involvement.) And Falling Knife has bids on Bitsquare. My vision-impairment makes B-square soooo hard for me – shite design, just sayin’ – but more to the point: the requirement that Bitsquare be running while you have trades up is logistically impossible for me.So, the D L Ex/me is gonna 'run in parallel' to Bitsquare: anything we can do to develop dexchanges.
