Alright guys, don't worry as long as you PM me or post in here the exact amount you're sending, the address you're sending from, and the transaction ID there's nothing to worry about. All funds are safe with me, thanks for your support!
Current group funds for the next Avalon are at about 16 BTC

How does it feel to spend 400 coins in one day!? Mindblowing It certainly is amazing. Since this has gained so much traction: 1) Are you planning on writing up a contract? 2) Will you be looking into storage locations, etc? It seems that at ~.12 Kwh you were planning on running this at home (many industrial settings seem to have lower electricty costs). 3) Insurance? Does Avalon offer warranties, etc? What happens if one card goes kaput?

Question
These avalons draw alot of power
Is your house wiring upto it?
Do you have 3 phase power supply?
Also heat, do you have good ventilation to a cool heat sink

It certainly is amazing. Since this has gained so much traction:
1) Are you planning on writing up a contract? My father has informed me I need a contract, however I don't see how I can make anyone sign anything, much less EVERYONE. I am not sure what I'm going to do about this. The money is starting to get too large where maybe a contract is definately needed. I just don't want everyone to turn around and call me a scammer because I all the sudden require a contract. 2) Will you be looking into storage locations, etc? It seems that at ~.12 Kwh you were planning on running this at home (many industrial settings seem to have lower electricty costs). I will definitely look into beefing up security around here, but I still plan to run these from home. I might get a nice security system or something. But, again, I'm only charging 3%, so all this stuff will really eat into my profit, maybe making it not even worth doing. 3) Insurance? Does Avalon offer warranties, etc? Avalon doesn't give warranties, but I could get renters insurance which will cover everything inside my duplex.
All of these things are up for negotiation. If you guys want to take part of the proceeds and beef up security, get good insurance, etc. I'm all for that. I am just interested in collecting funds right now. We can sort through all the details later.

I have a 30amp 240v circuit and a 60amp 240v circuit available, which will be more than enough to power however many Avalons we end up getting. No, I do not have 3 phase. IF neccessary, I will get some portable ACs. But, I have no trouble keeping my place cool with 5,500w of LTC miners going, so I don't see how this will be any different. I will be selling most of my LTC rigs to make room for the Avalons.

16 BTC collected towards the next Avalon.
Deposits have really slowed down and I haven't slept for almost 2 days organizing everyone's payment and ordering Avalons.... I may end this soon if deposits don't pick up.
Also, brb for 5ish minutes.

Congrats on all your ASIC purchases. I noticed that you haven't updated your list on the original 2 ASIC miners for myself. I believe that another 2.5 or so BTC should be added (the balance from the partial refund). I'm pretty happy with this purchase, and I'd like to get in on another one, but you sent the coins back to my miner address, not my refund address, and 35 of my coins are in coinbase.com purgatory They're on there way to you supposedly.

They seem to cost 103.24 Btc each, but that's for the 4 module one. The 3 module is somewhere around 75 BTC.

Ok B.Laws here By your advert, and taking money you have already have entered into and written up a contract, your terms were clear imho, so dont waste time/ money writing up a contract you have alredy executed and written up. I mean you can if you wnt to jut to have it all in one place You would probally be wise to take out at least insurance The other issue is, the insurance while it may cover the value of the rigs it will not cover the cost to return BTC if BTCs go up one other question was you do not seem to have a delivery date on these avalons? When are they supposed to arrive and who covers the shipping insurance?

The way it's looking now it seems like a bunch of people just sent him bitcoins... No offense but I just don't see this ending well as is the case with plans that are rushed into and not formally organized. For pete's sake, he doesn't even have an OTC. I don't see any insurance for any of you guys, even if he doesn't have the intentions to scam right now. Who know's what the future holds?

It would be very nice to include the emails from Avalon showing the order details (with your personal details removed, of course) so we all see the items have been ordered.
I PMed you and am in for 5 btc.
Are we equally sharing in the output from all the Avalons, or are the people from the first 2 purchased going to share in those 2 and the people from the next 2 purchased sharing from the profit of the next 2? I suggest we all get dumped into one big share pool.

I can't believe everyone is just blindly piling on and sending some random guy on the internet their hard earned BTC. Yes, the way bitcoins are going, it's hard not to get excited. However, if you only take brief look in the securities and/or scam forums, you only have to see how many shared mining operations went bust. Even the ones that didn't and were run by established members of Bitcointalk (ie. Gigavps, Amazinggrando etc) have resulted in major losses for their investors.
Worse yet, those operations actually had contracts and still folded despite being verified by the GLBSE stock exchange. However, with Coinhoarder's operation, you are paying first and hoping for the best. You're buying him four Avalons with nothing in writing. Examples of problem scenarios - BTC value skyrockets, at this time he could just return your BTC and continue mining on Avalons bought with interest-free loan. If BTC plummets, he could just buy coins on the cheap and repay you as well and call it even.

How much do you need for another unit?
We only have 18 BTC in group funds right now, so about 85 BTC more needed for another 4 module unit. I will consider only purchasing a 3 module unit if that's all the funds we can get. Ok sent 1btc

Ok, great Everyone is equally sharing in the profit of all Avalons in the proportion that they have each invested.
