How can I know the total BTC invested so far, The blockchain link

The total BTC invested so far appears in pesobit ICO page. The Escrow address is multi-addresses held by Escrower so there isn't a unique one to show on the ICO page. If you suspect about that number, you can contact the Escrower.

If your address is not one of those then your deposits doesn't go to the Escrow.

I see a lot of addresses here. It has what risks for investors?

The reason why there are lots of addresses is because every investor who created an account gets assigned a specific address. As long as their BTC address in their account is one of those (you can do a ctrl+F to find) addresses then you'd know that your funds go to the escrow not us.

Does everything will be automated ? so that each of the investors right to receive their PSB.
A specific address is just a proof of their ownership. I have an address, and a corresponding amount of PSB. Can i withdraw upon end ico right? is it automated ?

Well it will go to your online wallet attached to the ICO page but we'll be adding 2fa for that matter so your Pesobits will be secured.

There was a double credited account. But on the next update was found and seen in the blockchain that's why a recalculation of the escrow wallet happened hence the small decrease.

It currently costs 3 BTC to be guaranteed to be listed at Bittrex.  I hope the ICO will raise more funds, primarily because the devs will need it.

It might be a good idea to have an inclusion in Shapeshift.  Since the target demographic are non-traders/non-crypto folks, it provides the ease of exchanging BTC to PSB for them.  It also has an API that can be integrated into the wallet for even easier conversion.  I imagine prices going up a lot if someone buys a single large amount in an exchange especially if the sell side is thin.  This can be prevented in Shapeshift.

Yes. Prices need not be too high, then it is possible to increase further.
Some coins are overvalued in the period ico, have prices fall after it was launched as DAO, WAVES ... Although it has huge amounts of money of investors .
