$400 per BTC is a really good price! That's a bargain! How I wish it will go back down to that price so I could buy more for a cheaper price. There is a difference when a person in altcoins is saying that compared to a person who wants to hold only BTC. That's because bitcoins have become so valuable that a fall in price is considered a good opportunity.

Yeah I agree. It would be almost impossible for BTC to move down that low. But a man can dream right?

Even if it dumped too bad for sure  it would bounce up again suddenly because  lots of people for sure that   low price is  an opportunity for  huge profits  in the  future or when the  price  goes high again.  $400 price would be impossible for now since  bitcoin is starting to spike  up again.

Honestly bitcoin is unpredictable so the price is not stable and it can be possible that the price will goes below 600 value but now we seen that the price is hit again in 600 value and i think more price will come this is just good signal that the price will increase again back.. after bitfinex hack happen..

It passed 600$ barrier at the moment by the way. It did stay under 600$ for a long time after bitfinex hack though. I don't know what are the recent news which make bitcoin pumped but i am pretty sure those are not good news for humanity. Because just like gold, bitcoin gets big if there is a war, economic crisis etc.

Bitcoin is going to be officially allowed in Russia in the nearest future. According to the deputy minister of finance,

This is the oldest cryptocurrency, but a fresh currency compared to other widely-used ones. It's not bringing a lot of attention, if it would.. The price would rise accordingly. We have to help it become popular for the price to go up.

You have a point. But I have a question for you. For the sake of argument, what if next week BTC starts going back down below $600 again? Would that make me right and you wrong and vice versa? Being right or wrong is not the main issue here but what you do in relation to the price movements.

Right or wrong, I would like to say that this is the speculation forum. So that is what we do, we speculate. But do we have to correct all the time when we speculate? No because that is what speculating is all about.

you never know these things about bitcoin.
and bitcoin certainly has the potential to grow that much and reach $800 but there are always some stops on the way up that slow this rise down. for example price should have reached $800+ the last time there was arise but because a lot of people panic sold on 700+ we didn't see prices above $780 and this story is repeating every month when there is a rise and people do panic sells and then buy when it is too late.
