They will most likely announce the launch date at this conference. (if not before).
ICN will gradually rise over the next few days ahead of February 09.

You are getting it wrong. This is not BTC. This is alt. Whales with bots and hired traders are on Poloniex. ICN will be huge, I am sure in top 4, if not bigger, but you can not expect real pump without Poloniex. It just won`t happen. This is how this works now: Poloniex - huge pumps, other exchange - maybe slow and steady grow. So, no Poloniex, no huge pump. No Platform, no Poloniex. That simple. So we all have to be patient.

Let's cosider Icnx atm holds 9.22% STEEM. When platform is launched and Iconomi will definitely not have his own exchange with own order books they need an exchange where they can trade STEEM. So as we all know kraken doesn't list STEEM where should they buy them instead? ICONOMI atm works with kraken one major exchange in the USA. Wouldn't it make sense to also partner up with the other major exchange in USA. So now who is this mysterious exchange I'm talking about?

It is the ICO ICN wallet which contains all the ICN that people bought and haven't withdrawn to their own wallet. So while it's all in 1 wallet it belongs to thousands of people.

Liqui had ridiculous price bacuase of thin orders, we need kraken like this not liqui, if kraken can hit 75k sat, the market cap is almost doubled.
