This means the supply of ICNX (an ERC20 token on ethereum) will grow/shrink as people deposit/withdraw capital from index array. |

I made x274:
First I bought Dash at the beginning of the year
and sold with arround x3 in the middle of the year
Than I bought Gulden after it was in Netherlands TV and sold with around x16
and than I bought Trump and sold with around x6.
Now I am in NXC and will sell when it Hits 0.0005 so it will be x17...
In Iconomi I am also invested since the ICO with 12 BTC but still holding... this Position i dont include in my x274 raising.
So you invested with all of your fund every time? Or you just bought a little btc, like 0.01 btc? And not multiplely all-in every time? |

You could either deposit BTC into index fund to create new ICNX, or you could trade BTC for ICNX that are already freely circulating. Arbitragers will be trading ICNX and its' underlying assets to keep the price of an ICNX token near equilibrium with the value of the underlying assets. |

In theory, it should work just like an ETF (Exchange Traded Fund). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fT7h-TxAUvIThe real benefit though is you don't have to worry about securing 12 different wallets and having to rebalance your positions every few weeks. It is all done for you. I would much rather own ICNX, compared to having 12 different cryptos on exchange that can get stolen or hacked. I also don't have time to manage 12 different wallets and the private keys and keeping track of everything I own. The cherry on top is each time some one buys or sells ICNX on Iconomi website, 1% fee is charged and paid to ICN holders every week. On top of that, 3% annual fee is charged for account maintenance and is paid to ICN holders as well. Personally, majority of my bag will be loaded with ICN, but will also have small amount of ICNX to keep me entertained while dividends is rolling in |

when you watch dash,monero,ethereum go up 5-10$ USD. why can't ICN do the same? we need it to get on polo though otherwise no one will even know this exists.

Maybe. Atleast it's not a pump 'n dump like the other 100 coins on poloniex. Oh and Kraken only lists tokens/coins when they're certain it's gonna mean something to the crypto space. |

What is a backup? You mean write your private key down somewhere?
in myetherwallet - download the wallet and keep it safe. What is myetherwallet? Isn't this a web wallet? How do you remove ETH dividends? You have to hold them somewhere? How do you recieve the dividends if you are holding them in Mist or whatever? This is so damn complicated. Just tell me: 1) How to LOCALLY safely store the coins (just like wallet.dat in Bitcoin Core stores the coins locally... I don't want paper wallets or anything, I want to be able to make digital copies) 2) How do you receive dividends? Do you have to hold them on Iconomi Platform thing? What's the point ICNX tokens?  |
