Guys I'm still a little bit confused as what is iconomi exactly? I mean what can we do with it as a normal person and not a gig/nerd/expert.?
I understand that there will be tokens as coins to trade in exchanges but what does the iconomi it self does if I wanted to do what should I come to you?

I'm not surprised by that. This year there was quite some money made by ETH holders. And they are eagerly looking for new opportunities with profits made.
And after all... ICN will be issued on top of Ethereum.

Yes. There are 4 different individuals. Tim Mitja Zagar holds one key for Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Escrow for Bitcoin and Ethereum works same way. Both are 2/3 multisg. That means that 2 people need to sign transaction in order to move funds. We (Tim Mitja) can not move Bitcoins or Ethereum without third party escrow partner.

Lisk is different, as Max is the only having LSK under control.

We will receive no BTC or ETH or LSK before we actually issue and distribute ICN tokens. We'll do that after ICO ends.

If we don't release ICN tokens as promised, then escrow partners will return funds to all the participants in full. We can not influence that, their trust is at stake.

With this system we wanted to make it as transparent and safe for investors as possible to invest.

So can I ask how you will value LISK, is it at the time invested calculated to the price of bitcoin or is it at the end of the sale calculated to bitcoin? Also, is this project a copy of LISK or wrote from scratch? You have got my attention.

If in ICO are collected 10000 BTC then price of ICN in ICO will be 10000/8500000=0.00011765BTC  and 1 invested BTC gets you 8499 ICN

We will not sell any cryptocurrency received during ICO this year. We will first used funds received in fiat and only then one in cryptocurrencies. Also, for sure we will not be dumping anything in a way to drop the price.

Dividens of profit made on platform is the most important interest of Investors nowadays when there's so many promises from almost all of ICOs but no ones keep their promise.
Hope that ICONOMI will be different. A test net available before ICO ending will be more valuable than any commitment.
