What is a ball park estimate of the amount of weekly dividends? Say Iconomi is doing decent, would 1 eth per 1000 icn be a reasonable expectation?

are you joking ? .... Smiley) ... you wanted to say 0.01 ETH / 1000 ICN maybe ?
at 1 ETH / 1000 ICN you would get ROI in a few weeks ... which is not happening anywhere in crypto.

I don't think they will pay dividends from ICO money, it would make no sense. Dividends will probably be paid from realized profits.

Why not pay from ICO money? From 10 mil $ you pay 1-2 mil $ dividends for some time, price is increasing because of the  and because hopefully they will add it to Polo in the end, because hopefully they are not retards, then the token gets pump to 5x they sell their share => a lot of profit ... and after a couple of months they just disappear with the usual crypto scenario: big bad wolf (sorry ... hacker), ddos attack ... they get the ICO money + some extra profit, those that sell at 5x also make a nice profit ... and then the bag holder will remain with some useless tokens to brag about and dream on lambos and the moon. Jeesss ... you are such a child .. is like you are new to crypto.
ICONOMI team isn't much bothered to increase icn price for you. Their aim is to establish Iconomi.
It's meaningless to pay from ico money.

They Iconomi team members cannot sell their icn for 6 months.

I don't understand you. Why do you think ddos attack, hack are usual crypto scenario? There are many companies running without being hacked till now.

Lol no, dividends will take a lot of time but that figure it's just crazy, more like 0.01 ETH per 1000 ICN and that is a very optimistic scenario. This depends on current ETH price of course. We are all speculating, there's no way we could know exactly how it will all pan out but 1 ETH per 1000 ICN at the current prices would need 1 ICN prices to be above $1-2 at least just based on ROI.

That is a garbage return. Like 2-3% per year? I can do that in a weekend.

That if it's succesful, I mean if it generates a decent amount of income. Now if it really becomes profitable let's say like Poloniex or eToro, well then that would be another story.

I actually think its reasonable to get 1 eth per 1k ICN. thats how much it may just be. I even think for a month so if you have about 10K ICN, you get 10 ETH per month. That will make people buy more ICN in the end, this is how ICN can have high demands. People may either dump or buy more.

Can you ask it when 1 ICN will be equal to 1 lambo please?

Thank you.

...
Donno why I get myself into these meaningless conversations..

You never said Liqui, you never said dividends in USD.. Not sure what you said. BTC rise would matter is too general, it's like saying nothing.
I don't think they will pay dividends from ICO money, it would make no sense. Dividends will probably be paid from realized profits. If you don't want to be exposed to any price changes, you can convert them to your favorite toilet paper money.

Really didn't get what this conversation is about.

It's because you're not precise, mixing things up, and constantly changing the scope of the conversation.
Let's not continue to avoid more mess.

However, it's interesting how do you calculate that your investment is profitable?
Example: you bought a coin for 1500 sat and sold for 1700. Did you make profit? Smiley

at 1700, I don't think he gained that much, it depends to how much ICN he had.  trading isn't that simple that you can sell the whole quantity you got a the same time.  24k has its sell wall so he should have set it there as well to gain.

Now you see :-)
I said  "you bought a coin" and electronicash replied "it depends to how much ICN he had" - so he has changed the scope, and we're going nowhere again :-)

Like I said - meaningless

So you should open your own fund for people to invest into it. You will make money, get more dividends as ICN holder. You see how powerful this is going to be?

hmmm, do you even know what dividend means?
hint: it is a payment to company shareholders from the company profits.

You didn't read what i wrote, did you? so you think its really huge to earn 1ETH per 1000 ICN.

But then maybe its enough for you to receive 1ETH per 10K ICN is also a good rate. you still can buy a lambo, just save your earnings till it reach millions for a lambo. Its not that hard to save anyway.

1ETH per 1000 ICN means $0.01 per ICN (assuming eth=$10)
That means Iconomi weekly profits need to be 1M usd.
We have a very long way to get there

ICONOMI team isn't much bothered to increase icn price for you. Their aim is to establish Iconomi.
They Iconomi team members cannot sell their icn for 6 months.

Of course ... that is why they are not pushing ICN onto decent exchange ... because they would not profit from this move. Of course they couldn't have said this during ICO ...

I don't understand you. Why do you think ddos attack, hack are usual crypto scenario? There are many companies running without being hacked till now.

This is how things work in crypto ... because of anonymity: you ask for money to do some very special thing. You take the money ... and in the end the big bad hacker fucks your business ... you cry and say sorry guys ... and that's it ...
Tell me ... if their idea is so fucking great, why didn't they ask for a loan ? Well ... because is a bit complicated to do funny things when you ask money form the establishment. What can we do in order to control them (as they are actually using our money)? Nothing ... we cannot even force the fuckers to put this on a decent exchange. What do you think you will be able to do to them if tomorrow they will come and tell ... well its all gone .. sorry ... but hey you knew this is a risky investment.

Dhaaaa ... like most returns in crypto world. For 2-3% I would just not do anything ... just keep my BTC in a cold storage.
The only decent returns are from pumps and dumps when you are clever enought to spot it in the beginning.
Is like all the crypto ponzi schema ...  its profitable if you are among the first to invest ... the loosers comes after.
What was in the presentation of the ICO ... unimaginable profits not seen in the old economy Smiley)

That is  how much it may just be according to which smart calculation ? Reasonable ? 1 eth / 1000 ICN => 100.000 ETH / week profit ? ~1 mil$ profit / week if all the profit would be splinted among the ICN holders. Really ... what are you smoking ?

You really are a funny guy. Talking about stuff that you do not even understand! Smiley

I am reading on this form your comments for a while now and you really have a problem of understanding what ICONOMI really is. Did you even read Whitepaper?!? ok even if you did you did not understand it.
I believe that noob like you had bad expiriences in crypto. You have probably invest in some shitty coins that you did not even understand what you have invested in.

They could hypothetically do that, but why would they ruin their reputation for pennies, when they could build a legit business and make far greater money for many years?

Hypothetically they could just not bullshit us and let the free market decide the price of the token by putting the token on a decent exchange (as they implied during the ICO). In reality they are bullshiting us. And the sad part is that they wouldn't lose a penny to not bullshit us ... yet they do ...
Give me a break with the "legit business" and "many years" in crypto. They fucked with the legit part when they decided to manipulate the price by not adding the token on a decent exchange. And pay attention ... they are still not doing this no metter how many times I say "fuck" here ... that is so very important. Any normal business would evaluate the situation, would see that the business has nothing to loose (if its a legit business) by adding the token to a decent exchange ... and they would actually do it just to skip over this "fuck" storm. But noooo ... these fuckers are resistant. That is leading me to the conclusion that something is really funny here.
