Because not many exchanges altcoin there so that people think kraken not including real exchanger  
But for me kraken is the real exchanger  even better than bittrex

lol its number 5 in volume for all exchanges and apparently reaching 88k volume doesn't make it real. If Liqui was the only exchange, sub 10k would be usual volume.

That makes no sense... nobody actually considers alt exchanges "more legit" or "more real" compared to fiat/btc exchanges... it's the opposite. Unless by "more legit" you mean "allows me to hide who I am and what I am doing with my money". Which, sure, is exactly what many altcoin traders think. Of course anonymity is a HUGE factor for cryptocurrency traders... That's kind of a big part of why BTC and altcoins caught on in the first place...

You can literally look through this thread and find people stating the reason they don't want to use kraken is because they don't want to give out their info...

But I agree, their UI sucks big time and that + the much fewer number of lesser-known altcoins surely contributes to the lower interest in kraken.

ICONOMI is currently the highest Market Cap that's still not on either Poloniex or Bittrex, so they'll be adding it soon or lose tons of fees.

Poloniex & Bittrex are probably waiting for ICONOMI platform release to audit the code before they list ICN.

Most probably. No one can stop any alt exchange from adding ICN so its them that you need to ask.
But i would understand if they don't due to the complexity of how things could go now that eth has to be send to its holders every week.

He meant is that if you are holding your coins in exchanges like polo and bittrex or kraken, then how this exchanges are going to give the ICN dividends to the holders as they will be trading and dont have correct record of ICN holding position.

But as much i know ICN holded in exchanges wont fetch you dividend only if you are holding ICN tokens in ICO ICN account or any ether wallet whose private key you should hold it , if not the dividend wont be paid

It's clear Devs have an exclusive listing deal with Kraken.
Poloniex & Bittrex are left in the dark on the legal status of ICONOMI, that's why they haven't listed ICN yet, they can't do anything because of NDAs.
ICONOMI's legal team is not bothering to work with Poloniex & Bittrex, to ensure their exclusive listing deal with Kraken.
