On a related note I tendered some more shares for ActM shares today, forgoing the possible short term profit I could have made from flipping them. I believe that holding long term is going to be far more profitable. I hope Ken gets to them soon! Grin

This is why it's so absurdly easy to make money trading bitcoin securities. People have no idea what they're doing! They probably just saw the price going up and decided to buy. It's like taking candy from a baby. I already tendered all my shares but I'd sure as hell sell some marked up AMC shares.

Maybe we need to reverse tender Grin - ActiveMining to AMC to sell at .003

BTW - this also show you what can happen if that damn 2mil+ wall at .0025 disappeared.

The Shares could soar ... but that wall it stopping them.

Further incentive for Ken to perhaps remove the wall, and then drip feed the shares into the market, thereby allowing the market to do its thing, as well as perhaps bring in more for the company instead if just .0025

Lot of volume the past few days. Not necessary in my opinion.

Perhaps for many it is more the fact they believe in the Bitcoin concept and want to support it knowing it is also a sound long term investment.

Cocksure arrogance doesn't serve well, but best of luck to you.

I think quicker people transfer shares from AMC to Actm the better so things can move along as planned.

I don't know how often dividends will be, but if it is weekly then this is better than AsicMiner which was .5% while AMC was .7%

Is it true anyone can buy AMC at .0025 until the end of July and transfer to ActM for free?

Buying less valuable shares at a markup doesn't show support for bitcoin, it just puts money in the pockets of a few traders. It's just another instance of money flowing from the pockets of dumb people to those of the slightly more clever.

Actually, they should lock down the trading entirely so you can buy ONLY buy shares form issuer at fixed price - 0.0025. And nothing else.
Why? Because trades between  speculators below IPO price add exactly ZERO btc to Co's purse or to be more precise, to your purse, dear share holder.
Allowing secondary trading while IPO is still in progress is kinda retarded. It undermines issuer and guess what... you, who hold the shares in the Co.

IPO has one goal, raise coin for the Co so it can build the business promised to shareholders (new and old). What happens after the IPO with the share price, is somewhat irrelevant to Co at this point of time.
