Posting  here to get rid of newbie restrictions. Its not great that other sections are locked for newbies. Such a waste of time for me as I have no interest in newbie form.

The point of newbie restriction is to prevent troll accounts and spammers from flooding the forums with junk content.

Is there a way to tell how much more time you need to spend online? I mean *I think* I should be able to post outside of newbie box now, but the system says "no". I can see how may posts I have but I don't know about how much time I have spent here?
