I just registered, but it seems that the dividend was not send to my BF public address. I'm willing to wait for the next dividend payment, so you can send both dividends together.

Hi, I claimed my address. It says "Your Dividend Total" for Nov 15th through Dec 15th for me is 0.00022408 BTC.

The problem: I never received 0.00022408 BTC or in fact any BTC at all to my address that's been publicly listed all along.

Any help is appreciated.

I thought the dividend will be automatically paid to the address I used in BitFunder even I do not register in BTCQuick. Can someone clarify this point for me?

I just hope BQ can operate again as soon as possible. The longer you closed, the more customer lost.

I think as long as there's no stock, BTCquick should at least pause the ad campaign on Google Adwords, what the point to attract customers when there's no merchandise at all? People would get frustrated.

I agree. It's not a good look advertising "the quickest and easiest way to buy bitcoins" when they can't do that. Sign-ups may still happen but these will probably never generate any sales in the future. Save the money now and re-launch the ad campaign when the business is back to its former glory.

Right now we are focusing on making that when we open our doors again that we are fully staffed to handle the wave of orders and customers. We are working on additional capital in order to ensure we can meet the demand. We are also working on securing multiple merchant accounts to ensure that this does not happen again. This is a very long process and has been delayed by the recent holidays. The bank payment feature is almost done, we are running some tests to make sure everything is worked out before we go live.
