I don't like these swap ico's they only serve to turn bagholding one coin at a loss into the ability to get out even and start fresh with no real reason.

Ico coin swaps are the worst type of ico, because at least with btc you know you are not buying your btc from the same guy who is selling you the ico but with a swap its different.

We will not burn the CBX acquired through this ICO; what will be better for everybody, in our view, will be to use it very conservatively in bounties and other payments to increase awareness of Quintessence; this CBX will not be sent directly to exchanges by us. As this ICO progresses, the user base of CBX will grow; when Quintessence is running it will grow even more, that's when the new market will be able to take back some of that CBX.

2. spark will hit another exchanges?

Eth going POS is announced to take place in 427 days! They are taking their time because Eth devs simply have no reason to hurry, but it should take much less time than that. Also, we can assume the inflation profile of PoS Eth will still be high, as it has always been.

We already have inhouse the experience of switching from a PoW/PoS hybrid to a 100% PoS coin and, even better, we created PoSP, which translates into higher reward with less inflation; it is much trickier to implement PoSP without MasterNodes or anything like it. PoSP leads to decentralization.

We have estimated that the first SPK blockchain which will be 100% PoSP, will take us 1 month to create, after we gather the necessary financial resources; if this ICO is extremely successful, we will start coding before the end to shorten this delay.
