What caused this? Refunds should be happening on daily basis, even on hourly basis, here. Not literally here, but in this space. Crap ICOS get faked and diluted with fake transactions coming from dummy accounts, spammy idiots promoting them get reported to enforcement agencies and detained by police for assisting scams. This is crypto.

I have the initial list of people who will get their refund, and about 96% of total amount will be refunded or about 171k CBX, there remains about 18 accounts left who have not replied or emailed or PM'd. 25 people will get refunded by tomorrow, the rest the next day or whenever they send their information.

You guys waited several months, refunding is a time consuming and manual process and if it only takes a couple of days to sort it out accurately I don't get why that would be an issue.
