My experience tell me  that all the ICO that did not sell all the coins are burnt so the people know nobody get hold of the rest of the coins. What he can do is to keep 1mill  to fund the project then that will be 13 millions in circulation. Then the price will increase considerably. You can not keep 90 millions like that and be the coin in exchanges, You can trust the dev but new people will not think so after all the scammer and people are really burnt out with bad experience. I feel all this is legitimate but if you dont do things in a manner that people feel safe then people will not invest...It is like that...you have to do things correctly at all times if not they will hunt you and all interviews in magazine, radio or TV will ask you these questions and can really harm you in big way

That's not true, The price stay the same, the market will not move while there is 90 million coins out of 102 millions in the hands of the dev. Either you burn 90 millions coins or will be the end of the project.  It will not work it will have very bad publicity.

I am 100 per cent with Protrader, I am sure the Dev will be wise to take the right decision and burn what is necessary. We can always check the block explorer to see no coins have been moved from the top 4 wallets and they are destroyed

I am one of those ICO investors and i can confirm that Pioneer88 did offer us compensation for the low exchange price. He allready showed how trustworthy he is and even when ICO failed he is still doing all he can to continue with his plans. I hope ICOB will bring him succes because most devs wouldn't do what he is doing at this moment.

Now people that find out about him holding all those coins want him to burn the coins that weren't sold during ICO.....what a joke. It seems more to me that you bought ICOB at low price and want alot of profit by burning all of them.
