It has begun: MNZ height 4688, KMD 570692

https://kmd.explorer.supernet.org/address/RThtXup6Zo7LZAi8kRWgjAyi1s4u6U9Cpf
7.81253151 KMD

Transactions 1719

I expect we will see a lot of atomic swaps today

Any word on if we will see a working version of the windows version?
We are making release of dICO app (satinder's simple GUI simplified)

also, not much has been purchased yet, the whale resistance is strong
I am a noob to this but trying to participate in the Monaize test dICO. I have logged into to the barterDEX GUI and have both Komodo and Agama running. However in baterDEX, it says fetching order book, however no transactions or order books are loading
1.3.5 was just updated

Yep I am trying to get into the dex - deposited funds on 1.3.5 then it force crashed on me when trying to add monaize.
Now its just hanging on the loading message.
dICO GUI has tested out as more stable so far

grewalsatinder [4:39 PM]
@channel https://github.com/SuperNETorg/dICOApp/releases/tag/v0.5.2-beta
dICO App available for all 3 platforms.

Okay will try that - I did deposit 50 KMD to the smart address - is there a way to get these back?
Get it back?
Only you have the passphrase, only you control the coins

Unfortunately 1.3.5 did not work for me ether. Stays idle with mm consuming 133.4Mb all the time..?
I'm using linux version where everything is smooth, but for larger consumer base stable windows compile is essential.

Edit: synced up in 20+ minutes. Testing.

Using the dICOApp, I sent 100 KMD to the smartaddress, then tried to buy 500 MNZ @ 0.18 (90 KMD).
These errors (Bot Info) flashed up:

"Missing inputs" or "No withdraw info found. Please try again."

And one message:

"Looks like you don't have enough UTXOs in your balance.
Not a problem. I have executed the recommended command to make required UTXOs for you.
If you see some outgoing transactions from your barterDEX smartaddress that's sent to the same smartaddress of yours to create some inventory transactions for barterDEX to make required trades.
Please try in a moment with same or different volume and you should be all good to go."

But I don't see any outgoing TXs from the smartaddress, after 10 minutes.

I also tried 500 MNZ @ 0.2 (100 KMD exact), but the same errors / message appear.

EDIT: I'm on Windows btw.

Pretty much surprised I'm the only guy with this problem voicing it here, waiting for another resync atm.
EDIT: BTW, if anyone thinks this is some kind of problem for KMD, buy it now, or wait ...

Now I tried BarterDEX 1.3.5 and this error appears when trying to buy 500 MNZ @ 0.2 (=100KMD).

"Autosplit balance into UTXOs failed"

I had deposited 100 KMD to the BarterDEX KMD smartaddress.

Still having syncyng problems (0-balance) but for those who think it works out of the box, please don't (not yet). This is an experimental software and it's first of it's kind, 20-30 minutes lag is expected. The idea is that whole new fin-cryptoecosystem is about to give birth to an :unexpected child. Bear with it. Or go away if you wish, it'll ask you for alimony payment down the road ...

Komodo Platform SWOT Analysis
by AbsolutionX
https://medium.com/@absolutecrypto99/komodo-platform-swot-analysis-77c954b5163d

I have been following the Komodo Platform (KMD) for quite some time now, so much that I decided perform a SWOT analysis on the project. First of all, I wanted to give a shout out to the founder at utrum.io who first started this analysis and let me take it over in his stead.
The KMD project is trying to accomplish A LOT in the cryptospace, and with that said I apologize for the length of this article. There was just so much to cover that I had to make it this long. For those readers who don’t have the time to read the entire article I’ve included a graph below that summarizes the analysis at a high level. I suggest those readers take a look at it and then go to the conclusion at the bottom, or any other section they are interested in reading more about............

I've watched since before supernet was born. Disagree with weakness point 2,3 on chart.

#2 inactive community? Nope, not even once. And extremely active on slack.

#3 complex history/project left many confused? This should be changed to "the ongoing project has been in the works for 2+ years, ie: it is taking some time and some users are impatient " (not sure how the team is confusing and upsetting people, did the team make people forget their pills?)

.......(Hmmm, Im going to dust off the ole windows laptop and see if I can make barterdex reproduce some of these errors)

Its not not annoying how you get this error every time you try and buy. Very odd that it would be so difficult for people to buy the coins you want to sell millions of. This whole sorry autosplit balance into UTXOs failed makes ZERO sense

Due to the heavy load, the system was pushed to new levels and previously unknown issues are now known.

The test is paused for now as we are investigating how best to fix this.

In spite of this almost 50 atomic swaps were completed. My sense is that the load caused enough of a delay for most requests to timeout and also created some networking edge cases.

So, already it is achieved one of its goals. I expect to have things running smoother in a few hours able to handle this level of load.

Please let us know if you will re-start the test and please post step by step directions or a link to step by step directions for those of us who want to participate in this test and are not technically minded but rather bought in as investors.

Let's make sure the Monaize ICO runs absolutely smoothly and don't hesitate to once again, delay the Monaize ICO if you are not ready for a flawless delivery. The market will not be sympathetic if the roll out is snagged. Like it was already said, all eyes will be on you and this is a make (or break-out) versus break scenario for you in the market at large. Rather get it absolutely right and delayed, than have it botched and on time. A couple or more weeks of public testing, if required, is not such a big deal.

I have a significant number of Komodo tokens and only wish for your success.

Thank you.

Here is what helped me a while back (obviously use the latest agama version, not the one referred to below):

I was also having trouble with the latest wallet even though previous versions had worked fine and I found the only way to get it to work was to uninstall all old versions (iguana, agama and komodo) from windows, making sure you delete all associated files and folders from your "ProgramFiles" folder.

Then delete the "Agama", "iguana" & "Komodo" folders in "C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\". Then install the latest version of Agama (v0.2.0.22a-beta) using the windows installer.

After that I started Agama with KMD, REVS & JUMBLR in native mode and imported my passphrase from the ico and the blockchain downloaded and the wallet synced and I can see both my KMD and JUMBLR balances correctly now.

 Grin

P.S. if you want to save some time downloading the blockchain again you can backup the "blocks" & "chainstate" folders and the "komodostate" file inside "C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Komodo" and copy them back after the re-install, before you open Agama for the first time... that worked for me.

Decentralize EVERYTHING!

So BTCD is abandoned by devs, so sad, same things happen in SIGT2.0
not abandoned, a 1 year swap into KMD. BTCD is now over $100
That sure doesnt sound like abandonment.

Think of KMD as BTCD 2.0

I dont think the SIGT2.0 offered a 1 year swap at over $100 per coin
