Ditto. 0.0021 is my sell point for my own personal reasons. I just hold and wait for the sell order to be bought. Might take a month,  might take a year but it'll get there I'm sure.

Payouts are done frequently, in batches. You can read about it on the ICO website.
So there's no quick way now, you should've been transferring to your wallet already a while ago.

Since KMD is now on bittrex, I imagine a lot of people will want to deposit there directly via payout.

1) What happens with my REVS if I withdraw my KMD to an exchange (i.e.: Bittrex).

2) Where can I trade REVS? Is there an overview?

3) What do you think its better: Transfer directly to an exchange or first in the wallet.

I have an issue when try to send kmd from iguana wallet (windows 7).
The message of error is this:
info: couldnt create rawtx

I try to reinstall last version, deleting the appdata folder, but doesn't work

Try with 0.001 and 0.01, doesnt work, same error.
