I did not quite understand. I have 500kmd. Can I get some benefit from fork bitcoin hush without selling my kmd?
Everything is described here http://btchush.orgYou do not need to sell your KMD in order to get the new coins Since BTCH somehow remembers me to Bitcoin Cash, what happens to the BitcoinCash obtained by the Bitcoins from the KMD ICO? Will those be distributed? I'm kinda confused too, on http://btchush.org it is said that only those who hold some amount of HUSH, SUPERNET/Unity, DEX and BTC will get free BTCH, the only way to get BTCH for KMD holders is to swap them for BTCH, not quite fair i guess. Same question here, is he right there's no benefit for KMD holder? So I can leave them on my Ledger Nano S? the benefits to KMD from BTCH is indirect, ie. barterDEX users, dPoW being established, etc. However, there is an airdrop for KMD hodlers, again an assetchain! https://twitter.com/radix42/status/951540994603806720What is good for the ecosystem is good for KMD. Will i also receive the airdrop if I hold my kmd on a ledger?

Can anyone please tell me what is the DEX coin distribution model? How many coins are there, what is total supply and circulating supply? How often will money connected through BarterDEX fees be distributed to DEX holders? Where do I keep my DEX tokens in order to receive this reward?

I have no doubt BarterDEX will play a major role in the crypto-environment. Of course there is no easy way as Komodo is in the middle of the way of centralized exchanges that make millions on us.

1 million DEX coins, it was originally issued back in 2014 on NXT AE, was migrated over recently to KMD ecosystem. As $1 million USD worth of revshare is accumulated, I will do another batch. Since DEX is not on any central exchange, it would be quite difficult to have them and not collect the revshare that is sent to the same KMD address.

Thnx man! After checking BarterDEX I think DEX coin is a MUST! Barter is gonna dominate the market, it's so much better than Bitshares and WavesDex!

It isnt that much volumes yet, but almost $100,000 per day is not too bad considering it is still in testing. people are starting to use it for real trades. notice that even though we dont force people to use KMD and hold them captive, most of the trading volume is against KMD as it has the most liquidity across the board.

Lets say that in a month it gets really hott and people are starting to use it more and more, than the volume shoots way up....how does barterdex handle this, is there a threshold were it would slow down and not be able to handle the trade volume? certainly, every network has some sort of upper limit. for now we are running at less than 1% capacity, actually closer to 0.1%, but we are already preparing how to deal with saturation of the first barterDEX p2p network. The answer is to spawn new ones that are isolated from each other. then there is no practical limit, the only issue is that getting the absolute best price available globally becomes a bit more difficult, but since we are talking about saturation level situations, that means there is no shortage of liquidity makers. by limiting each p2p network to certain trading pairs, that would mitigate the global price issue. Now that the basics are working, the next issues are about scaling. For all that are saying it needs to be ready for grandma, that assumes that scaling to a million users is already solved. It isnt, yet. I dont see any reason new p2p networks cant be created to match the volumes. There will be some amount of turbulence, but unlike when a central exchange goes down, with a p2p exchange it would just make some nodes not available, or some of the p2p networks will be bogged down. Having all of them go down all at the same time would mean the internet went down. Of course getting the reality to where the theory says it should is what 2018 will be about.

@bitkokos2 @ptytrader guys, are there any steps to follow after i sent the btcd to the ico website? or just selecting address anytime before end of jan? can i use exchange wallet to withdraw kmd from ico website? thanks! You need to request a payout. In order to do this you must 1-Create a seed in your dashboard, Agama, or a third party address like an exchange 2-Select the Payout tab 3-There are 2 options: a-Paste the seed of your payout address / b-Paste third party address and select skip 4-Confirm the payout and wait until the date that James processes the payouts. 5-After payout, you can use your seed to access your funds or you will see them in your third party address. @bitkokos2 @ptytrader Guys i still dont get it, sorry. Is there immediate need to do anything right now, after i sent (and received) my btcd on the ICO website? As i mentioned, if i skip passphase, the only withdrwrawal adress that the system allows is the one generated by ICO website, so i cannot change it to my echange one. Appologies for dumb questions...

As i mentioned, if i skip passphase, the only withdrwrawal adress that the system allows is the one generated by ICO website, so i cannot change it to my echange one. Appologies for dumb questions... If you visit the home tab you will see a seed. Save it, confirm it, and then you will be able to use it for the payout To confirm the seed it will ask you to check a box, then paste the seed, then confirm. Afterwards you can use the seed for payout. After the payout is made on the 15th you can use the seed in Agama lite mode and send to your exchange account understood thanks. so, it's not possible to withdraw directly to exchange and i will have to use Agma anyhow to make the transfer to my actual wallet correct? Are there any time restrictions for the payout? tnx! I suggest you request your payout now. They will be made on the 15th but waiting until last minute is not recommended.

Since I had some issues with centralized exchanges I would like to switch to BarterDex now. I have not regularly used it yet because last time I failed and it wasn't pretty user-friendly because of the early development stage. I'm wondering if v1.3.5 is the most recent version (found here https://github.com/buildog/BarterDEX/releases). If so, do I need to do something else after I installed the BarterDex through dmg file? I remember last time I had to install it via console and npm and had to do some settings.

Thanks jl777, what passphrase do I need to provide at the login screen? Can I use my Komodo wallet seed or do I need to choose a new one?
