I have never had a problem but it is good to have brought this to the communities attention.

Nothing happened because it was FUD to begin with.

Never keep all of your coins on an exchange anyway. I was smart enough to spread them out over 4 exchanges before the Bitfinex shit happened. To be honest, I never expected such a thing to happen again. I thought we had learned our lesson after Mt.Gox.. but yeah, I've removed a lot of my money from exchanges after that. I don't trade frequently anymore, long term or nothing. I want to be able to keep my money in my wallets, away from thieves.

It's been a month but he is still not updating his concern or problems,we have no knowledge if Poloniex still doing this to other users,I know it's a case to case basis but as traders we have the right, why Poloniex has this kind of issue.

I have used poloniex and never faced any problem with my withdrawal, recent btc withdrawal was last week without any problem.
sometime they ask questions if we just deposit and withdraw btc without any trading but normally nothing wrong with them.

I use poloniex, and haven't had any problem withdrawing bitcoin. Sometimes I have a problem with depositing alts but it is usually resolved with 24 hours (the problem is caused by their wallets not being synced all the time).

Does anyone know if there is any daily limit to withdraw BTC from Poloniex? (NOT fiat).

Fairly certain the btc withdrawal limit is pegged to fiat..if I'm not mistaken

Even if we are withdrawing coins or is it only for withdrawing fiat? I mean I can understand if I am withdrawing dollars yes the limit should be with dollars but is it the same when I want to withdraw bitcoins? Or is there a bitcoin limit for that?

I just withdrew some coins from them and it came in quickly. I don’t know what seems to be problem for some people but it wasn’t an issue for me to be honest. Maybe there are some rules that you may need to follow and you forgot about them?

Maybe the amount was low or something, I don’t know the reason but mine came off quickly so it is not a problem for everyone.

This EXACT same thing happened to me yesterday!! I went into my account and noticed "something" had happened. Some of my coins had sold, others had been bought - and I had not logged in!

I decided to transfer everything to my Bittrex account - so I tried... and now like the OP, all of my coins are "stuck" waiting to be reviewed be a 'security expert'!

I do not see myself using Poloniex any more.
