looks like they opened back up to everyone and gonna bring back poker

That's a good business move on their end.  But tell me will everyone who is owed money be properly compensated?

Betcoin lied about acquiring gambling licenses.
No, they have a gambling license.

Sarcasm?

Or else what?

They use a Curacao license.

Also, if you consider that all WPN skins have a license, WPN pretty sure does not cooperate with a poker room without a license, because that would put them at legal risk.

Of course not.  They are hoping this all blows by while they steal more money.

Expect a LOT more balances to be "indexed" in the coming weeks.

Seriously, if you deposit money on Betcoin you should assume that you'll never see any of it any again.  It has all the credibility of a ponzi scheme at this point.

How do you know that they have no license? Do you know the operator?

How much are you willing to bet that they have no license?

I guess I could be wrong.  If you have valid evidence I'd be happy to admit so.

I'm pretty sure they that pre-december 2017 they didn't have a license.

Then, in early December 2017, they claimed to be acquired by another company (which likely wasn't true) in order to become licensed. (They also closed their poker room which was probably a reaction to their WTN Bug, and resulted in a whole other shit storm involving their massive 43+ BTC Bad Beat Jackpot,  you can read about that earlier in this thread)  At this point, they cut off players from several countries to become eligible for said license ( most notably - USA ).  Why would they do this if they weren't seeking a license?

Well most recently (past few days) they have reversed course and now welcome players from anywhere in the world (including USA) which leads me to believe they didn't have a license, then they decided they wanted to get one, then changed their mind.

Hey, Betcoin

Do you have a license?

Those are all run by the same people as Betcoin.

So I asked for the signed message proving they have the BBJP funds, got some pretty crazy responses.  I don't even know what to say...

Quote

That's a link to your own site.

If Betcoin has a license, please just show me where it's mentioned.

I am pretty confident they don't have a license.  Prove me wrong.

We are discussing Betcoin.

Do you have evidence that Betcoin has a license?  You say they do, I say they don't.  Just show me the license.

You can find their license on the shitty website here: Curacao licensing scam operators

Jasonort contacted me and asked for help when this happened: Betcoin.ag extort 500 Bitcoins Jackpot winner for “settlement”

I investigated a little bit and found some interesting info. That info lead to the possibility to sue the responsible parties. But as you know, as 99,9% of the victims are brain washed and not willing to spend anything to enforce their claim, nothing happened.

There is no mention of Betcoin anywhere on the link you provided (which is your website).

I don't think Betcoin has a license.  If they did, it would say so on their own website, right?

No, you can see that even without a license and a lot of fraud, they were able to find enough depositors and were able to defraud 100s of Bitcoins = $ millions!

If they would state a license on their scam website, then you would have some parties to sue. Yes, I agree, if you consider that 99,9% of the brain washed victims are not willing to spend anything to enforce their claim, there is not really the necessity to hide it.

But I think they want to hide the operator, because it would hurt the image of the trade mark.
