Yes, the avatar is for Full member above only and please don't quote the full first page bro, you can ask yassin54 or KomodoPlatform to change your entry in spreadsheet. :-)

Members and below can't wear avatar so you can not join the avatar campaign.
Wait for your account to rank up first to full member to be able to wear one.

Basically there is no way for us to know if a person applies with two accounts. However we wish that people would not abuse our campaign.

What are you talking about..? , did you filled your application in google docs..?
If you did , you can see your application in the link below and it just contains your profile name . Just wait a moment , and check again the spreadsheet . If you get accepted , you'll see your post account as well as your profile URL and it means you're already accepted : Participant
But , I bet you haven't . Because I can't see your name in the spreadsheet.

On the other hand, nobody forces you to join this campaign.

If you dont like something about it, just find something else.

Check the spreadsheet and see how many members has joined so far? If you say it is low rates, I assume that you have a bad math or you do not have a calculator to count the rates.
