We don't know when KMD will be trading in exchanges, but the coins will be distributed to investors ~2 weeks after ICO. Hopefully the exchanges will list us, and we of course will inform and communicate with them.

If you want to cash out your bounty, you don't have to wait for KMD markets though, as you can just choose to get paid in BTC.

As already mentioned above, it's a big task to go over all the participants as we have so many. We try to get this done asap, and will publish a date for the bounty payout when we know it, but please be patient.

According to the OP, once you fill out the rank change form you have already submitted the information to them. It does not reflect in the spreadsheet because they are busy with a lot of things, but they guarantee you will be updated by the time you submit for change.
