A Warning to Our Participants!

We had very simple rules, and one of them was that we do not tolerate spam. It looks like we haven't reviewed the quality of the content our participants post as regularly as we should have. If you have been spamming do not expect to receive any payment from us!

A little suggestion, maybe you can start by giving these kind of people some warning like cutting 10 posts from their post count or instantly kicking them out from campaign.

Hi, I would like to confirm if my request have been noted as it seems that the spreadsheet haven't been updated yet. Thanks and hope for success of project. 

In my (maybe biased) opinion, if they can't even read two pages behind, then they can't post a good post. And I don't think that opinion is baseless, because if an user can't even read two pages behind, how could they know what is currently being discussed (and thus, didn't know how to reply with on-topic answer which lead to either out of topic answer, low quality post, or even spamming) or whether what they wanted to ask is already asked before (and thus, reasking the question which already had an anwer which lead to spamming).

It is quite understandable if the question regarding rank update only been asked once or twice within the full length of this thread or being asked once every five to seven pages, quite understandable that someone feels lazy enough to scan through 7 pages. But a question that's been asked over and over for almost at least every two or three pages? If they are lazy enough to read two or three pages on their own "home thread", how could we so sure they are not doing the same thing all over the boards?

And honestly, I got a little irritated by them because when I saw a notification that this thread has been replied by admin, I thought it was something important like an announcement or a request to update a signature code to other version or something like that, not a reply that admin is forced to generously give because some user is too smart to understand how pressing the link to previous page works.

I think you're a such kind of lazy person , if you're reading back on the last pages. You will know the payment will be occur at 20 Nov (in the end of ICO) . You're full member now , change your signature and fill the form or wear the avatar if necessary.

TL;DR : It has been asked several times , so please read last pages and important announcements if you don't want to be labeled as lazy person.

@roncar , just spend few minutes to read latest replies from admin and you'll know the answer regarding your question.
Spreadsheet won't be updated until in the end of ICO , but as long as you have been filled the form you should be fine.

Hey. Are you responsible for the Komodo signature campaign? If so, you really need to do something about the spam caused by it as it's rife. The quality of posts from your participants is generally very poor and there have been numerous users caught copying other's posts and farming accounts by spamming some of the local boards (specifically the Chinese section). This cannot continue so please monitor your participants posts more closely and kick anyone off making very poor or unsubstantial posts. Thanks.

To make this very clear: even if you have been in the campaign for several weeks without getting kicked out, it doesn't mean we would pay you for that time. If you are caught breaking the rules you won't receive any payments!

Please post quality content because everyone will be reviewed. Thus far we haven't done weekly reviews, but there will be a major examination before we send our payment... probably even sooner as we are getting these messages.

@KomodoPlatform - you should check the posts of participant more often and disqualify immediately the spammers. It's in your Terms for the Signature Campaign. Do not wait until the end of the campaign. It will be unfair to some participants if they wore the sig and you decide t disqualify then just after the campaign is finished. It does not help as well that you do not have clear criteria what quality posts you count and what you consider as spamming.

Terms:
1) All members need to post at least 25 posts during the campaign by the time the ICO ends to be eligible for a reward.
2) All posts must be constructive: We adopt a no-tolerance policy on spam. Users found spamming will be immediately disqualified without warning.

Our campaign manager was/is going through the list to find spammers.

Regarding the pay day

I'll discuss with the campaign manager and find out what's the exact timetable. I doubt we can pay exactly on nov 20th, as it takes some time to check everything and we also need to collect the BTC / KMD addresses.

I guess that's a good idea to fast track the release of the bounty, I believe participants are expecting to receive their bounty faster. It's a long wait and it's almost over and as a member promoting the campaign, it should be your big day.

I will like to receive my bounty in KMD. The project is a good one and I see a good rise in price after ICO, although I do not see their announcement thread which would have made the project more successful.
