No. I would never use bitcoins if it was termed illegal. I don't even gamble as it's illegal and I don't want to face any legal problem due to a currency. However, I can still see people from countries where bitcoins are banned and termed illegal still trading but they are taking a huge risk.
its mean you have good control on your wishes, but i cannot do so, i have to play gambling and use bitcoin, if my country now allowing me to use bitcoin and play gambling then i have to move to some where else where bitcoin as well as gambling is legal.

You know many countries government are not accept the bitcoin, but their people are using it online and bitcoin became a great source of income for them, So how you can say that if your government not accept it than you will not use it. Its mean that you will left the bitcoin.

At some point we need to stop following orders. What will happen when government declares "the internet" illegal? What happens when they implement sharia law in my country? At want point do I start fighting back?

If indeed the Government already banned or did not receive it then the growth will not be as good as bitcoin now and give you an advantage for everyone.

Bitcoin still can use the bitcoin becouse its anonimity.event goverment can not rule bitcoin and the users. By the way goverment do not have any good reason to banned bitcoin. If they banned bitcoin becouse it was used in illegal activity, they should banned their fiat too becouse ma be somebody use it for illegal activity. They can not judge the currency becouse of users illegal activity. They should judge the users not the currency.

If it was made illegal by my country I would still use it but carefully, I won't use it for anything peer to peer and I wouldn't buy/sell it using a bank account or any method like that, I doubt it would be illegal in most countries of the world.

I too will use it. I would either hold and exchange into fiats when i see a reasonable profit. If people come to know the benefits of bitcoins, they still would go ahead and use it in offline at least. I am sure on it. Everyone is looking for earning a bit or more every day. So when it is promised to give profit, I am sure each would at least give a try to it. Hope this is accepted by the government soon.

If my government will ban it without any valid reason then they themselves are doing the crime to deny us from such an advance technology so I will use bitcoin and will try to stay hidden from my government in that matter.

Govt wants the tax money. Govt always gets what it wants. They wont regulate it because they wont want some internet money becoming international money that would be anarchy no one wants that. At least we have paypal , already is international money its even extratesticle

If Bitcoin was made illegal by your government and the punishment was very bad, would you still use it, would you still openly support it?

me as well i think our government would not do any ban because the president are looking for other alternative ways to at least make it easy dealing with any money related services, so if bitcoin can deliver much better i think our government will not do anything bad on it more they will support it since the community will benefits from it, whatever happen i will continue using bitcoin and continue to place my investment.

I'd still use my bitcoins as if nothing is happening around me. And also, as long as I'm not doing anything illegal, why would I be scared of being prosecuted? Also, it's not as if I'm doing transactions everyday lol.

I would 100℅ keep using it, there is no way they should be able to tell anyone they can't use it.
If anyone country said bitcoin is illegal then it means they are afraid of what it might do as a real currency towards that said countries currency.

Of course 100% usage from me too. At times the government use to make things illegal for selfish reasons and if I found it to be that it was made illegal for selfish reasons and I am still making good money from it, I will surely continue using it of course.

gambling is only illegal if its a private party hosting the gambling. and even if the government made bitcoin illegal, they would have no way to link any bitcoin usage to your identity. they cant find out I'm using it means I can use it all i want.

It is hard to tell with the US government if it is not illegal right now!! The government is so off and not in tune with one another they can not figure whether they are coming or going. Parts of the government are considering BTC an asset and others are considering it a currency. Which is it??? We may never know!
