It is not entirely true because bitcoin will bounce back strongly at any time no matter how it dips in value(at least that's what recent history has shown us) and so we shouldn't see newbies as unprivileged because if they also have the means  to invest now or whenever they will stand a chance of making profits too.

That is our expectation and it will happen, please let us not panic when the value of bitcoin is dumping because there is a right time
where it will pump and it usually does not stay down longer, it will rise again and give us a good hope for more price increase in the future.

They may regret in the short term but as long as they are able to hold, bitcoin rising to a much higher value is just either sooner or later. But of course they must keep track of news often as well.

But the fact is not every ICOs will bring you the good income. 70% of them are bullshit and scams, spotting a scam ICOs isn't that easy for investors because all of them are anonymous.
