Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made?

I am a little sad that I followed sheep mentality of bitcoin crowd and sell part of my bitcoin stash 2 years ago in January.
As I remember price was around $220 back then. When BTC price finally recovered I was out of Fiat and couldn't rebuy my coins.

I got hesitant when it was selling for cheap and a friend persuaded me to invest, but it's all good we live and learn, I've now come to accept and understand its potential.

I also several times encountered an error in selling my bitcoin. being too eager and miscalculations I sell my bitcoin at $ 700 ~, whereas the current price rises to $ 900, I'm very sorry to sell some my bitcoin, suppose I could be patient

Maybe if it was predicted earlier that the bitcoin will rises this kind of value now, I guess everyone must say that thing too, regretting that they did not bought bitcoin on that time that is too low.

That move was really disappointing on my part on which you already sold your bitcoin on the cheap price and now we can see that the price of bitcoin is already high and its really expensive to buy as of the moment.We cant really avoid that scenario specially when we are in need of money.Worst bitcoin decision that i have made is investing all of bitcoin into hyips/

My mistakes are related with dogecoin and with shitcoins.
One mistake that I made was investing in a shitcoin with a good amount of bitcoin and holding them for a long time, after a while I couldn't sell them even for 1 satoshi and made me think more than twice before investing somewhere.

This is much better when compare to my mistake bro. I had a LBC account trade with member rank guy here in the forum but without escrow. He just looted money and not login again.

None of these are good so I wouldn't compare which one is better because it was a loss.
The online deals are very dangerous because it is easy to be scammed if we don't use trusted escrow.

The worst bitcoin decision i have ever made is investing a half of bitcoin in a altcoin and did not do research first and also did not gather enough information to make a basis on investing because i'm been hyped up by my co traders or investors and i'm greedy on that time and i also want a huge return on my investment so i try to invest my half of bitcoin but now the price of that coin is super low and it close to 2 digit satoshi and now i already accept that i lose the game and i will recover that loss someday.

well it is a common thing, we just being lured because we thought it will be a great profit for us,and without we realized we have been trick because of our greed, the most important things is you learned from that lesson and always warned everyone about the risk, I had been scammed a lot of time because of my greed and now I never join this kind of things anymore

The worst decision that I have made personally was trying to day trade on various altcoins and losing 15-20% of all of my traded currency within a week. Then there were times when Doge was getting big in 2013 early 2014 that I would try to short on Doge/BTC and I would lose money there also.

Another terrible decision was that I didn't actually buy any bitcoin back in 2011 when it was approaching 30$. If I could only see into the future with where Bitcoin would of went, I would be in a completely different situation right now xD

so stay calm, patiently look for momentum or the right time to sell or buy

I still think it will die, but missed out on good profits because of my bearishness.

so stay calm, patiently look for momentum or the right time to sell or buy

That's normal for those new comers in bitcoin for being scared of losing its value and then sells what they've got. I have experience that before but now, I'm making myself calm and always talking to myself this way, "be calm man, everything will be fine, bitcoin is created that way. It may fall right now but it will increase soon."

Well, for some reasons that is life bro. We regret the things that we didn't expect to happen because sometimes we don't believe what we really don't see, well, that is life. It's okay what matters is at the end of the day we learned from it.

If people keep on collecting Bitcoins instead of spending them, then it is going to negatively affect the ongoing efforts for Bitcoin adoption. The total number of Bitcoins are capped due to the principle of controlled supply. On top of that, if people reduce the amount of the floating coins, then it will make BTC very vulnerable to speculation.
