Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made?

Years ago my friend ask me to do invest in bitcoin and i said no to him because i dont want to be scammed and this is the worst decision ive ever made with bitcoin I said no to the opportunity that may help me to achieve my goals. Now that i am here i will use bitcoin well so that i can maximize the opportunity i have with bitcoin.

Its true we must look forward since it happen in the past and be optimistic for the days ahead, i know its not too late for us to accumulate more btc cause i believe the price of it will continue to soar. yesterday is the best day but we can make it better today.

I think we all regret not getting into bitcoin any sooner, but the truth is that even if I knew about the existence of bitcoin when it was not worth as much, there is no guarantee that I would still have them, maybe I would have sold them, or maybe I would have lost them.

Yeah lol, because in fact people can not hold their bitcoin for long period of time let alone years. I'm one of the users from 2013 and I can buy a lot of bitcoin at a price below $ 300. But not until this year. I sold it a few years ago.

and then they will think storing their value in bitcoin even for very very long time won't be a big problem. as we can say it as a forgotten money , and find it later once bitcoin skyrocketed to the moon .

Yet experienced is the best teacher indeed, i have learned not to push too much on some sites said to be paying sites or investment that will make easy money. We should do task to be paid and to do research before pursuing it.

You are not alone mate i myself was scared that time to invest then suddenly the price went up a couple of years and regret it for not having a balls to invest. If we are scared to invest we can't earn but now i had do investing on several coins and hoping it will be big someday.

You are not alone mate i myself was scared that time to invest then suddenly the price went up a couple of years and regret it for not having a balls to invest. If we are scared to invest we can't earn but now i had do investing on several coins and hoping it will be big someday.

I didn't invest in any platform. I had nearly 5 to 10 bitcoin in 2014 via earning and buying something as well. As price increases little I started selling my bitcoin to personal purposes that time, but there is not even one bitcoin in my wallet. Seriously worry about that decision this year.

I'm start to invest 0.05 but at the end , I was being scam so from now on , I'm never ever invest on ponzi scheme anymore ( you need earlier investor to gain some profit actually )

Bought some gold with BTC then realized.....wtf am I going to do with this gold? No retailer will take it online or in store....essentially it's only property that I can use is its "store of value" to hopefully get more of some currency in the future. I would definitely sell it to get my btc back.

Bitcoin is very convenient. Comparing the advantages between the two bitcoin is more convenient. Sell it now because bitcoin is in the top rank now. Bitcoin gives us an opportunity to have an extra income. Convert all your money into bitcoin, thank me when you have profit from bitcoin.

That shouldn't work out too poorly for you, so long as you can be long on gold. I am pretty confident that it will go up long term just like BTC. Better to have both like you currently do

Why do you say so? Gold have process to prove that is yours. It needs a lot of Identification to confirm that belongs to you. If you don't have any evidence it may possible to take from you. They will control of what they have seen and they will see the benefit of your ownership, they will take it, unlike bitcoin. Bitcoin is decentralized.

And this is why you want to be friends with Google. With whatever hardship or confusion that you get in life, google that thing. It doesn't matter how silly or how dumb you would look like if somebody sees you Googling that stuff. It only takes 2 minutes to find out that bitcoin halving is true and that it actually helps the price increase in the long run.

Back then, I thought that bitcoin halving means the price would double. But when I did my research, it's the miner's rewards that's getting divided by two. This means that the new coins being mined is becoming less and less which helps with the price increase for the supply law.

In the past though I doesn't have any need I used to cash out the small earning that I make through signature campaign and other forms. Now this time I worried of those unwanted selling and has started to hold the earnings and placed few for trading needs.

That is a very common mistake or worst decision because i also did that thing because i don't have enough knowledge about bitcoin so i enjoy short trading or day trading because i think that it is more profitable than long term because of the ups and downs but after i at least calculated it then i saw that, if i just hold it until now then i'm probably a millionaire now.

I think my worst bitcoin decision I've ever made is I didn't buy any of bitcoin by that time, and I ignored my friends advice to me to buy it.
If I just listen to him I might now having big profit anyhow. But its not too late I think, because bitcoin is coming to 10,000$ so I am now saving bitcoin little by little.

Lol me including the class of 2015 and I had bought bitcoin in the range of $ 500 but I sold it in the same year at more than that price. Yeah i think nobody knows about the future. So I sold it when the price went up. I do not think that the price could reach $ 2500

This, I was like a stupid person to cashout my Bitcoin for no reason while I don't have anything to buy. But, there are no late word because Bitcoin is getting stronger and you might earn something if you buy and hold it right now. The key is patience.

Reading all the replies I think that we all made the same bad decisions either not buying at the time or selling /wasting bitcoins.
