Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made?

Not buying a year ago when I first learned about Bitcoin.
Buying mining contracts in advance vs. immediate hashing

Mine was failing to buy in when my buddy was repeatedly telling me to.   He had received 500 or so BTC as a wedding present from his brother in law (Roger Ver), back when they were under $1, I believe.  If I hadn't heard about bitcoin, then I wouldn't care, but since I had the opportunity, plus I was actively looking for things to invest in, I totally blew it..

Accidentally selling 350 coins at 100 instead of 100 coins at 350.

investing BTC in bitcoin mining companies with most of my bitcoins... most of the companies turned out to be scams...

my second biggest mistake was trying to make fiat profit by trading btc... yes I made lots of fiat.. but had all my money in fiat when the price of btc shot up.... doh caught with my pants down lolz.

me too if instead buy a miner I could easily buy BTC and I would be in better shape from financial point of view, but at the time I was thinking in help the network by adding hashing power to it. Well at least I have some virgin coins and said that, I shall not sell cheap ...

My good friend told me to get into bitcoin in late October 2013.  I thought it sounded pretty good and I decided I'd do it. . . when I got around to it.

Dropped $20 to "play" with Bitcoin when they were a few cents.  Saw what I wanted to see, got bored and frustrated that I'd lost like $3.  Sold for my $3 loss and forgot about it.  If I'd have kept that, $500k easy...

Don't fully trust. I personally have a serious plan, it should last for at most a year. I think the decision can help you on early stage, not for later stage.

This post make me feel bad, as I am the newbie and after reading this post I am lost in thought about how many mistakes will be in future with me before I become a mature bitcoiner
