No. The % payout depends on the total ARKS you hold in your wallet and it depends on the Pool, some Pools give higher payouts then others.

gav wood and vetnlick butterin copy/design Nick szabo smart contracts idea/concept and make millions, gav wood is now moving on to creating another scam(pokemondot) and abandoning eth at this point, clogging, no solid working wallet, unseen fuckup POS, endless bugs, endless forks... and the scam exchange polioniex who single-handed pump eth to be worth billions is now dying.
